DripIV Therapy and Hydration

Great atmosphere - very clean & relaxing environment. They offer a variety of snacks & drinks while you receive your IV. I come here often and have been with Nurses Hanna, Julia, Leah, and Emily. All are very attentive & knowledgeable! My favorite IV to receive is the immunity one! I always look forward to coming back thank you DripIV :)

Julia was the nurse at drip IV in West Bloomfield when when I arrived on Saturday. I am a very nervous patient and she made me feel totally comfortable the entire time. Her bedside manner was absolutely great and she knew exactly what she was doing. The facility was extremely clean and well stocked with water, masks, and snacks if needed.

I had such a great experience at Drip IV in West Bloomfield. Deana did my IV, she has the most calming energy. I workout several times a week and had a lot of muscle fatigue/ soreness. I got the Athletic Recovery IV and I immediately felt improvements. The space is relaxing and calming. I was very pleased by the overall experience. I highly recommend!

I knew I was gonna be late. I personally had a customer pick up there baby late which made me late. So as I was leaving, I called, let them know I was leaving and I would be late. :It's okay if you want to cancel me. I understand I'm very sorry. What should I do?" They tell me, :no, no, no, it's okay, please come in." They call me like 15 minutes later. Let me know there's an issue. I'm like, it's okay. No problem. They offered a reschedule at first. I declined and they said its ok you can still come in. I even asked Are you sure I understand the time. no, please come in another 15 minutes go by. I'm almost there. This is like 35 minutes away from my work. 50 minutes away from my home, she calls to let me know. Now, this is another person that they need to cancel my appointment. A. why did you wait so long to tell me that? And B when you called the third time or when we spoke the third time you tried to gaslight me. I'm like, wait a second, we had the first conversation. We had the second conversation. Did we not? And that's when she let me know. Oh, well, you spoke to the other girl. And she was new, so 30 minutes into my drive. 5 minutes before I get there, appointment canceled. And they tried to gaslight me in the process. I did not appreciate my experience with this place

Done IV multiple times, always feel that kick of it come in. On my recent one I took an immunity one for $300 great atmosphere nice worker as well she did great. But the IV didn’t do much for me I actually ended up getting sick somehow couple days later with a sore throat while being congested and a mini cough. Nice place I’d probably stick to what I’m used too and that’s the Myers Cocktail moving forward.
