VITAstir® – IV Therapy

I was told by the person that answers the phone, that if I order the lipotropic shot, I could come to the clinic to have a nurse help me administer it. When I ordered it, I made my appointment and I arrived at the clinic, I was told that I could not get help at the clinic. I was also told that it needed to be refrigerated, which I was not told before and the product had been out of the refrigerator for 8 days. The company would not refund me or send me a new one and help me administer it. I was given misinformation by someone that was not trained very well and it cost me $100 for something that ended up in the trash. I would find another company before I would purchase from vitastir again.

Might be good in person visits, but the online subscription service I would not recommend. I cancelled my service, they shipped the product anyway. They won't refund or return the product. Very expensive for months 3 and beyond compared to other companies. Unless you live near a clinic, I'd avoid this company. Difficult to get in touch with anyone via phone, they're very slow to respond via email.

Alan is Great he explains everything well and make you feel comfortable. He’s encouraging and warm, I felt very comfortable and it’s a clean calm and inviting atmosphere. I see this being apart of my new self care routine. Appointments are convenient and easy online I’m even interested in the home kits. I received the Immune Booster with magnesium. I felt calm and relaxed and replenished. Can’t wait to see my ongoing results.

Awesome, efficient service and open on a Sunday. Was under the weather and wanted a holistic energy boost, excited to report back on the results (why I only did 4 star for now). Allen was very helpful!

Allen was great! Very few people are able to get an IV going in me on the first try (thin veins that roll). Top notch service and products. Highly recommended.
