When I was looking for a new dermatologist, my first priority was finding an office close to work. But after coming here, I realized location isn’t what really matters—it’s the people and the care you get. This office absolutely delivers on both. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and super efficient. I saw Nurse Practitioner Linda Morrison, and she was amazing! She really listened to all my skin concerns and past experiences before putting together a treatment plan that felt completely tailored to me. Overall, this office provides top-notch care with a personal touch. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a dermatologist who truly listens and cares.

PA Kelly Holmes is amazing! I've gone to see her for years, and now I bring both my children as well. She really cares about what you're in for, and so knowledge! All the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The office is great!

I am extremely disappointed and would like to share my final experience at Midwest dermatology. Last week after checking in for my appt I was notified about their new policy regarding having to have a credit card on file or giving a $100 cash deposit to keep on file. I explained to receptionist that I pay cash for co pay and have never had a balance. It didn't matter she was willing to let me go when I said I was not comfortable doing that. I had her ask Katie if she could make a last exception and how important this appt was. I had melanoma skin cancer and was there for my routine skin check. I took a half of day off work however wasn't happy about leaving a open credit card on file or giving a cash deposit to sit there on my account. Midwest center for Dermatology I have been a LOYAL and consistent patient for approx 15 years. I have NEVER had a running balance and this is how you treat your loyal patients? I have to pay for patients that perhaps do not pay their bills? I have recommended friends and family thru the years and this is how you show I'm appreciated for my business? I am also disappointed that Katie could not even come out to talk to me before I walked away. I thought wrong thinking I meant more to her than that. I wouldn't be so upset if I had not really put all my trust in you Katie. I know it's not your fault however I just didn't expect to be treated like that. Lisa Wilk

Very friendly from start to finish. Received the answers that I needed. High energy for a morning appointment. Family recommended this office and I am glad that they did. Good people.

I Highly recommend them. As a new patient I didn’t have to wait too long to be seen. Also the doctor and her assistant including the receptionist have a friendly attitude.
