I had my first microneedling (microdermabrasion) session and it was a terrible experience. The lady didn’t even numb my face! When I asked her to numb it she said that she has no time. She rushed the whole session and when she put the mask on my face, she literally put it on for barely 2 minutes. When she gave me the at home kit, I asked her to please explain how to use it, but all she said was that everything is inside. Not professional at all. I hope my next session is better than this.

I bought the groupon for Venus Legacy skin tightening for my stomach and upper arms. I ended up buying an additional 10 pack for a great price for more dramatic results. The aestheticians are very nice and there was zero pressure to buy more other than a simple "We generally recommend 10 treatments for that large of an area." A lovely experience overall. I just wish it was closer to where I live.

Do not get laser treatment done here if you have asian skin! They recommended me two laser treatments and it did nothing to my skin but made it worse and bumpy. It’s been over 6 months since I started and the difference has not changed. I had to change my skincare to help revive my skin and acne. Laser did nothing. Nice workers though but I don’t think they knew had to recover my acne scarring.

The entire staff are well educated on the process and the care. Congenial, respectful and made me feel comfortable. At first I was not sure about it. But, I'm glad I did it. I've dropped lbs and feel better physically and mentally. Kudos Team.
