Ideal Image Pittsburgh

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I have been a loyal customer, but the service has gone downhill. The receptionist scheduled my appointment incorrectly, and after driving all the way there, I was told it was booked for a different day. This is completely unacceptable. On top of that, I was quoted one price and then charged significantly more. That is misleading and unprofessional. The equipment was also not working properly, and I had to wait about 30 minutes for the machine to start. Between the disorganization, incorrect pricing, and malfunctioning equipment, this place no longer feels reliable. I expected much better.

I always have a good experience at Ideal image I had Leigh for my visit today . This visit was the best experience by far. The results after my Botox appointment , turned out perfectly. She was so nice and very attentive and perfect to the details of where I needed the injection’s done.

I had a phone consult with Ideal. The rep was helpful, responsive and knowledgeable ... 5 stars for customer service. Ideal does not offer injectables or the latest cutting edge facial procedures. My 4 star rating is based on Ideal's limited services compared to other MedSpas in Pittsburgh.

Did a phone consult and was told 1 visit would do. Went for 1st treatment was told 3 more were needed. Asked for refund was told they do not give refunds. Spoke with Vanessa the mgr who suggested a different procedure. I tried it but was not happy. Asked for refund of the balance was told No. I filed for refund thru the district court and was awarded judgement iny favor. I wanied the 30 days they had to refund my money. Never got it called Vanessa &and was told she would call me back but never did. So now I have to file a lean against them. I also found many many complaints on line against Ideal Image. I REGRET going there and advise anyone not to go. It seems like the consultants are mainly there for the money, ex: let's get this done & bye. You would think they would do the right thing & return my money but Money can be an evil corruption of one's soul. I hope that one day them stealing my money happens to them so they know how vial it is.

Drove my girlfriend an hour away to get their services. They scheduled her at 9am. They also don’t answer their phone until 9am. Called them to let them know traffic was crazy and we were running 15 min late. They said no problem see you when you get here. Just to let us drive the rest of the way and have a manager tell us they couldn’t. Accommodate because of their schedule. Inconsiderate of peoples time. They could have just told us from the beginning they don’t take late appointments and saved me half the trip. They charge to much money to also waste my time 👎🏼
