Great Treatment!! I am getting several tattoos removed by Bridget. I am on my 8th treatment and so far Great results! My tattoos are fading, and my small tattoo is almost gone. No bruising of the skin. I was going to Bridget before moving to FL, and found that treatment down here is quite expensive. I continue to go to East Side Laser because I'm in Pittsburgh every couple months, so it's worth the wait! Very patient and flexible with scheduling. Bridget does Awesome Work!!

I've been to Bridget several times now for tattoo removal and can't say enough good things about her and East Side Laser Center. Everybody there is super friendly. Bridget is good at explaining exactly what she is doing during each session. Super professional all around. I highly recommend her!

Throw away thousands for years on hair reduction here and I could not be more angry or unhappy over my results. This technician I believe overcharges and does not care about your results. Bottom line I could have gone somewhere better for half the price. Pittsburgh has options. Please call places, ask about the technology, get at least two quotes from other locations. Never accept what Bridget says as in your best interest. In my experience Bridget showed no concern over my results. I believe she manipulates by dishonest consultations. She charged for areas that never responded or used ineffective settings. She speeds up appointments when she has somewhere to be or someone else. She moved fast and hopped over spots. Untreated squares and sections of hair means more appointments and charges. Go to an office that will not overcharge or manipulate. A place that cares. Save thousands, frustration, and grief by five minutes on google.

Bridget is absolutely amazing with her lasers. She's extremely knowledgeable, and I'm thrilled with the results I've gotten from a few IPL treatments from her. She's not cheap, but she gets the job done, which is more than I can say for the Groupon vendors I've tried before. Strongly recommended!
