Lately I’ve been making a point to review great businesses and customer service. Patti is hands down in that category. Patti has been amazing. She took time to explain the process during my consult and answered any questions/concerns I had. She laid out what to expect during treatment and provided a recommendation of how often to come for appointments. The consult also included a few minutes of treatment to get the experience before your first session. Scheduling appointments is super easy through the website. There are evening and weekend appointments which really helps with my schedule. Customer service has been top notch, and I look forward to chatting with her during my sessions. Pricing, to me, is fair for the service and experience Patti provides. If you stick to the recommended treatment timeline, you will see great results. My face barely has any hair left and it’s such a relief to go out and not worry about checking the mirror. I went from plucking basically every day or every other to now. If you choose to use the numbing cream Patti provides, make sure you really slather that stuff on. It makes a difference for the appointment for sure. I 100% recommend Patti to anyone. In fact, I’ve actually done so a few times already. I had laser hair removal eons ago, and wish I had gone straight to electrolysis instead.

First time seeing Patti. She was amazing and I will be going back. During treatment she made suggestions on how to move forward while making my visit as comfortable and painless as possible. I’ve gone to other places in the past and none made me feel as comfortable as Patti did.
