Let me start by saying I almost NEVER leave reviews, but I often read them! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Capone. From my very first visit, he stood out as exceptionally kind, patient, and attentive. He is an incredible listener—never interrupting, never interjecting his own opinions, and never pressuring me toward unnecessary procedures. Instead, he was genuinely supportive and sensitive to my personal concerns and areas of insecurity. He validated my wishes, respected my desires, and remained clearly patient-oriented rather than financially motivated. I always felt I had his undivided attention. As a healthcare provider myself, I have spent years being intentional about making my own patients feel heard and valued. I am very aware of how rare that level of presence is—and it is even more exceedingly rare to find it in a surgeon. Dr. Capone exemplifies this quality. I am less than two weeks out from surgery and am honestly amazed at how well everything has gone. His work is meticulous, the incisions are minuscule, and the results thus far have exceeded my expectations. I truly cannot imagine this experience going any better. Dr. Avery Capone literally saved my hand from amputation due to a terrible infection. I have been going to see both Dr. Raymond and Dr. Avery Capone since 2016. They are both wonderful, kind and caring. They take the time to listen to your expectations and any questions. The staff is also welcoming and helpful. I wouldn't ever see any other plastic surgeons. This is a practice that has both experience and proven results. Highly recommend!
