Her space is pristine, her staff is warm and professional, and her approach is thorough, clinical, and personalized. She truly understands facial anatomy, skin texture, and precise injection placement — which means natural, long-lasting results. Not salesy. Just expert care. She’s raising the standard and making women feel empowered and confident. Highly recommend.

I’ve used a lot of other businesses around Pittsburgh for Skin and anesthetic care, Dr. Brown and staff were extremely professional, competent, knowledgeable, and the treatments were impeccable. There were some treatments that I have done at other medispas and had minimal results until the next two or three visits. However, Dr Brown was a one treatment and phenomenal results. Will return and refer for sure!

I met Doctor Brown at an event last week. She is so kind, professional and knowledgeable. I was drawn in initially by her extremely fair prices but her professional manor is unlike anyone I’ve ever been to. She is genuinely invested in helping patients achieve their beauty goals - not gouging them for services they don’t truly need. She was very open and front about pricing of services, which can be hard to predict at a lot of other places. When I got Botox, she numbed everything before injecting so it was essentially painless, even my lip flip! I had no bruising at all, and I LOVE how the Botox looks! I also had a dark spot on my face that had been bothering me for years. As a curtesy she explained to me what is was a removed it FOR FREE in a few minutes during my Botox appointment. The spot is healing great and years of insecurity have vanished from my face. I totally didn’t expect to have that taken care of! Anyways, I will totally be back. I highly recommend this place!
