Opulence

For my birthday, my husband surprised me with a 2 hour session here which included a scalp massage, facial, and reflexology, and to be honest, I don't know how he will top this next year. It was phenomenal! Taylor and Caroline are so good at what they do. I highly recommend getting the reflexology with the scalp massage because it puts your whole body at ease. By the end of my session, my skin felt like glass, my hair silky soft, and I felt completely relaxed. And before I left, I had to buy the oxygenating fizzofoliant 10/10 and a scalp massager brush to use in the shower. Thank you Taylor and Caroline for making my birthday so wonderful! I'll definitely be back.

Halli was amazing. She actually scrubs your scalp and gives a good neck and décolleté massage. She’s knowledgeable in what she’s doing. I have two rows of extensions that she worked around with care. The lay out of the building is off though. The headspa beds should be back where the sauna is to make it more private and relaxing. I will definitely come back if I come back to Pittsburgh and she’s still working.

I had the most incredible experience at Opulance Head Spa! Jordan and Chelsea took care of both me and my mom, and they were nothing short of amazing. They were so personable, kind, and patient—never once did we feel rushed. The whole atmosphere was relaxing and eye-opening, and the treatment itself felt absolutely incredible. My scalp was in terrible shape before going in, and Jordan completely transformed it. You can tell both Jordan and Chelsea genuinely care about their work and their clients. They put in so much effort and attention to detail, and it truly shows. This was an experience WELL worth paying for. Highly recommend to anyone considering a head spa—you won’t regret it!

Opulence is absolutely fantastic! This was hands down the most relaxing experience I have ever had. I would give them higher than a 10/10! Such a professional team, calm, courteous, and experienced. I felt confident I was in good hands. I loved the sauna, calming lounge, and refreshments. It felt like a full wellness experience! This spa has a way of making you feel cared for the second you walk in. It’s clean, quiet, and beautifully set up. Thank you ladies for the wonderful experience!

This was truly the best relaxation I’ve ever felt in any type of spa. The staff not only was extremely sweet, but they are so knowledgeable when it comes down to their products and everything they do in regards to the services they provide. I learned so much about reflexology and how important it is to take care of our scalps. I love how relaxing their sauna was as well! I’m so excited to come back and experience it all over again.
