I’ve been a patient here for several years, and every visit has been an incredibly positive experience. From the front desk staff to the dental hygienists and Dr. Ip, everyone is consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. I’m especially thankful for the care they provided when I chipped a molar during my pregnancy. It was a stressful situation, but they took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process feel calm and manageable. I also really appreciate their holistic approach to dental care. They do a great job explaining how oral health connects to overall wellness, including sleep and they emphasize preventative care. They thoroughly explain all options, including Invisalign, without ever pressuring you and they make sure you feel informed and confident in your decisions. This is a kind, knowledgeable, and professional dental practice and easily one of the best dentist experiences I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am sincerely grateful for Dr. Ip’s exceptional care. He has assisted my entire family with airway concerns, including our one-week-old daughter. Dr. Ip performed a tongue and lip tie release, which immediately improved breastfeeding. Additionally, he has helped my husband manage his sleep apnea through the introduction of the Vivos appliance, and he has also provided Invisalign treatment to straighten my teeth. Dr. Ip and his assistant, Shae, are highly skilled and dedicated professionals. From the moment you arrive, Lindy makes you feel welcomed and valued. Dr. Ip and his team are the best in town. My family has been with Smile 360 since 2018 and we're never leaving. The care is excellent and every single person that works in that practice is warm, friendly, and knowledgable. I've been going to Dr. Ip for about 7 years now and wanted to thank him and his staff for the wonderful job they do. Dr. Ip loves dentistry and wants to make sure he provides excellent care to all of his patients. He is always furthering his knowledge by attending all the cutting edge lectures and uses high quality materials at his office. See you in 6 months. As a disclaimer, I am in oral surgeon in Austin and have worked at Smile 360 in the past. However, this is the only Google review I've written for a dental office and I do keep coming back to his office for care.
