Swish Dental Downtown

I visited several dentists in 2025 while trying to find the right solution for my dental concerns, but none truly understood my goals or presented a plan that felt thoughtful and well-considered. On top of that, I also needed to find a dentist for my son. Surprisingly, Swish Dental checked every box. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and kind to both me and my son. I’ll update this review with my dentist’s name, but she was incredibly easy to talk to and took the time to create a real, personalized plan aligned with my goals. The team was accommodating, professional, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the entire experience. I was impressed by the treatment plan, the staff’s knowledge, their professionalism, and the cost. Swish Dental quoted me an excellent price for all the work I plan to complete with them, which made the decision even easier. From start to finish, the service was outstanding—I truly have nothing negative to say. I intentionally waited to write this review until after completing a procedure. I recently received crowns, and both the process and the results were amazing. The crowns are high quality, and the dentist took great care to adjust them so they fit perfectly. I’m truly glad I trusted Swish Dental with my teeth.

This is the worst general experience I’ve ever had . From the moment you walk in the music is blaring. It doesn’t get much better when you get back to an office. There’s a sense of chaos in the entire place. I had a young assistant placed my first temporary crown, and I’m not sure how he made it into this office. He clearly had no business putting that crown on me. It was horribly done, and I told him that and they said if this one falls out, we can give you another one… who has time for that do it right the first time. I did end up having to get a second temporary crown and then when they went to place the final crown, they had an issue with their equipment and their office manager after I had been sitting there for 30 minutes doing nothing and reached out to my office to let them know where I was and why I was running behind. She barked at me to get off my phone so that they could proceed… they placed what was supposed to be the final crown and one of the assistance even looked me straight in the eyes and said it looks great. It looks wonderful. Didn’t they told me they would need to send it out to a lab to have another one remade because this one wasn’t sitting properly I told them that they knew that I would be moving out of town and even if I wasn’t again who has time to keep going back to the same office. I’ve never had to have a crown redone once let alone twice. When I got into my car, I noticed the color was completely wrong. It was a very low quality crown with the shade, not even matching. I told them that I no longer want to allow another office location of theirs to place the final crown that it didn’t matter what office they sent me to I would no longer be doing business with their company. It took them seven months. 7 months ! To process my refund at which point I was no longer working for the same company in the majority of the refund went to an insurance company. There was no longer going to be providing me care. I informed them three weeks ago that they took so long to resolve the issue that it did not resolve the issue. I should be able to go get a crown and not have to come out of pocket since I already did once and that I expected for them to pay for a crown at an office of my choosing that would do it right they said they would get back to me just like before they have not gotten back to me and once again, I’m about to leave Texas. I have given them ample time to resolve these issues. Nine months is more than enough time to fix a problem if I were you, I would run away from this place

My visit this week was amazing. I requested the same hygienist that I had the very first time. The last time I got a hygienist that spent at most 15 minutest cleaning my teeth and she was very rough, I could tell she didn’t really care. I got a notification that I was due for my cleaning and called to express this concern and they assured me that I could see my normal hygienist Casidy. You guys need to request her, I’ve learned very quick how important it is to stay consistent with someone you’re comfortable with and knows what she’s doing. I also really appreciated how willing the front desk was to accommodate to my needs and preference.

I just switched to Swish and can’t recommend them enough. From the front desk to the hygienist and doctors, everyone is so nice and welcoming. They explain everything clearly, and they walked me through every step of my Invisalign treatment, answered all my questions, and made me feel really confident about getting started. The staff is friendly, professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great routine dental care or cosmetic treatment!!!

My dentist retired after 25 years. I picked Swish because it was two blocks from my house. I loved the staff, their equipment was state of the art. Everyone was so Proffessional, knowledgeable and nice. I found my new dentist. Hopefully for the next 25 years!!
