Very nice experience. Something I can’t say about my previous dentist. They have state of the art equipment and the staff are great. The dentist was thorough and explained all options. The dental hygienist was excellent. She did an excellent job on cleaning and help me understand what I needed to do to keep my teeth and gums healthy. I would recommend Swish to anyone.

Amazing experience at Swish Dental! I had a wisdom tooth extracted, and Amanda was absolutely fantastic. She did an incredibly fast, smooth, and pleasant job. I was honestly shocked at how easy it felt! The entire team was so kind, accommodating, and transparent throughout the whole process. Couldn’t recommend them more!

My experience was really great. Check in went smoothly, and both Dr. Marx and hygienist were understanding and supportive of my nerves around going to the dentist. They answered all my questions and got me quickly scheduled for a follow up.

TLDR: Avoid chain privatized dental offices, they are a cash grab, try to overcharge and do not do a good job cleaning. Do not let the fact they have Netflix make you think they are luxury or better than a classic local dentist office that care about their reputation. Swish dental is a scam. Swish came highly recommended to me by coworkers. I have been here three times in 2024/2025 and really did not have a good experience. I waited about 20 mins for the doctor to come in after the hygienist and the doctor told me she did not even realize she had a patient waiting which I thought was weird to admit but whatever. I left feeling like I had not gotten a good clean, especially in the back and it did not feel as thorough as every other cleaning I have had from regular family owned dental practices. I came in for another cleaning 6 months later and the doctor told me I might need a root canal or crown on my top left side and had a cavity to fill, the woman who went over pricing was not very friendly and it was just an uncomfortable experience. I came in 2 days later to fill the cavity, and the doctor was different, and she told me the top left side of my mouth looked fine and it was the right side that might need a root canal. I was like how do two dentists look at the same x-ray and see totally different things. Long story short, she filled the cavity and when she numbed me something happened and my heart got really fast and I felt faint and like I was having a panic attack. She said that happens if the numb does not go in the right spot. I have been going to the dentist reguarly since childhood and this has NEVER happened. She renumned me, left the room for 10 mins and did not even ask if I was OK or how I was doing. and 2 days later I chipped that tooth and had to go back. I wanted to go to a different location because I did not like that doctor but alas, dentists are weird about "touching someone's work" which is annoying. She laughed it off and said chips happen. Turns out, this whole time they were not covered under my new insurance with my new job! I gave my info on the Swish site and they said it was covered. I should have done my due diligence as well but the fact I had to triple confirm with them is crazy. I got a new cleaning at a family owned dentist office and they said she overfilled the tooth, and they also see no sign of any need for a root canal or anything in my new X-rays.

Staff is friendly but definitely not like a normal dentist I’ve ever dealt with. Came for my normal cleaning and apparently only had time for X-rays. I ended up having to come back two days later for my cleaning, and was told I’d have to have a follow up visit to fix my bite even though it was supposed to be done during the first visit. Neither of those two visits did any of the dentist see me. Just the person dealing with X-rays and scans during the first visit and the hygienist the second visit. Nobody went over my X-rays or scans with me either. Don’t recommend.
