I have been with Dr. G since he bought the business from Dr Samani and I have had a wonderful experience with their dental care. Rita is very knowledgeable regarding insurance issues with excellent customer service while Tony does a great job with x-rays. For example, I had a dental implant last year and it was a smooth procedure. I continue to choose them for my dental care because I have every confidence they will provide the necessary preventive care for my teeth.

I had a great first appointment here with Dr. G and his staff! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. G took his time talking with me, listening to my concerns, and answering my questions, as opposed to a lot of other dentists who just do a quick, impersonal exam and then run off to see another patient. I felt cared about! I’m happy to have found a great practice so close to home.

Highly recommend this dentist office! Dr. Gogineni and his enter staff and wonderful! The office is clean and modern. They have the latest equipment. And their service is top-notch! They are very knowledgeable, fast and efficient, yet so patient with any questions you might have, and they are genuinely kind people. I see them for dental cleanings and aligners and they offer expert advice on any of my miscellaneous dental wonderings! 5 stars!

My experience with Dr. Harsh Gogenini and Advanced Smile Center has been very disappointing, and I want to share what I personally went through so others can make informed decisions. In my case, the treatment plan we agreed upon was never fully completed. The only service that was actually finished for both me and my family member was the deep cleaning, yet we were billed several thousand dollars. What concerned me even more is that my insurance was charged, and then we were also billed an excessive amount on top of that—far more than what should have been our responsibility after insurance had already paid them. We had previously discussed with Rita (administrative assistant in Advanced Smile Center) —through both text messages and phone calls—that the treatment plan was not completed. Despite this, the billing still did not match the actual services provided. When I tried to get clarification, the information I received from Rita, the office assistant, felt inconsistent with our earlier conversations. In my personal experience, her communication felt untruthful, and her behavior came across as very disrespectful, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering this clinic carefully review their treatment plan, verify exactly what services were completed, and double-check both insurance statements and out-of-pocket charges.
