Dr. Annalisa Heck is far above any dentist I have been to in my life. Her care in explaining any issues is clear, making information received easy despite any dental anxiety present. She is so obviously dedicated to her patients and has a gentle, patient nature that helps you relax and be comfortable in her presence. But it doesn’t stop there. Her entire staff exhibit the same patience and care. I love this practice with my whole heart and will quickly speak up to refer them to anyone I know needing to find a dentist.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Matt Heck and his amazing team, Theresa, and Jacqueline! As someone who’s always been a bit of a dental phobe, I usually walk into dental offices with a fair amount of anxiety. But from the moment I stepped into their clean, cozy office, I felt completely at ease. Dr. Heck has a wonderful bedside manner—professional, kind, and incredibly reassuring. Jacqueline, my hygienist, was gentle yet thorough, and Theresa was warm, helpful, and welcoming. They all made what could have been a stressful experience surprisingly comfortable—even enjoyable! The service was top-notch, and the prices were very reasonable. I truly appreciate their care, patience, and the way they go the extra mile to make their patients feel safe and cared for. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dental team that combines expertise with heart.

Dr. Annalisa Heck - Dr. Matthew Heck & Smile Creations Staff are amazing : fun, dependable and professional . I totally trust their service and advice completely - all the work has been outstanding . You can tell how everybody cares for the patient / me ; and how they are feeling during all visits / procedures. Recently had an unexpected emergency bridge done - 2 visits were seamless & excellent work . And as if all that's not enough , the wonderful human beings there ( Dentist Annalisa & Matthew / Front Office - Team ) ; the office itself is fantastic : clean , comfortable and welcoming .Smile Creations is staffed with incredible - smart people. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

Dr Matt Heck is an absolute rockstar. I came to him with so much anxiety after a frustrating experience with a different dentist in Austin. Not only was he kind and patient, he has done an INCREDIBLE job with my teeth. Thank you!! Details: 1) I broke one of my front teeth 14 years ago and he fixed that + the cavities that had grown next to it. It feels perfect in my mouth. Another dentist told me I’d need to crown my front four teeth 😬 2) My temporary crowns feel EXACTLY like my teeth did 3) Cassie (sp?) the hygienist is also wonderful!
