I had an excellent experience at Glow Dental. This is the first dentist office in Austin where I’ve truly had a positive experience from start to finish. I interacted with multiple members of the staff, and every single person was so friendly, kind, and welcoming—every interaction I had was extremely positive. My dental hygienist, Nilsa, was fantastic: thorough, detailed, and incredibly thoughtful in explaining everything along the way. It genuinely felt like she had my best interest in mind. The doctor was also excellent and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. I left feeling cared for and honestly grateful for the experience. Highly recommend.

Kelsi and her team, Nilsa & Marisol, were beyond inviting and supportive for my husband’s first visit to the dentist in way too long. We have coordinated his full smile make over within 48 hours and they were able to tend to an immediate chipped tooth repair at his first cleaning apt. A zoom video meeting was scheduled with ease and the thorough plan was reviewed with multiple images in a comprehensive manner. Their friendliness and professionalism were unmatched. We look forward to moving our whole families dental care needs to Dr. Kelsi and are so grateful to have found a dentist that matches our previous experiences out of state. Don’t wait- you need to experience what visiting the dentist should be like everywhere!

My first visit to Glow Dental was wonderful. Nilsa not only provided a thorough cleaning, she also explained everything in laymen terms so that I understood my current oral health. Dr. Lewis followed this up with a quick but detailed exam. Jessica provided all the pricing for my next visit and was delightful to work with. I probably pass at least ten dentist offices on the way to Glow Dental, but the trip is absolutely worth it. I will certainly urge my friends and family to make Glow their dentist office of choice.

I love Glow! This is the best dentist office I’ve been too in many years. Nilsa is VERY thorough and very fun! I actually enjoy going to the dentist. Thank you to the whole team, Jessica, J, Nilsa, doc and assistants. They make each visit so easy for me and I appreciate all they do. Completely worth the 30 minute drive past all the other dentist offices to get to you!

The Hygienist, Nilsa was excellent. She is great at her job. Dental visits are rarely a lot of fun and despite that issue, the staff was attentive and very nice. They were not pushy when it came to added costs that I did not want. They maintained respect for what I asked to be performed and did not make me feel uncomfortable. It was a comprehensive exam and great cleaning. I will be back and proud I found them in my area as I just recently moved to Austin. Highly recommended.
