Absolutely amazing experience as always! From check in with Roberto to treatment in the back, the domain team made me feel so welcomed and comfortable! Dr. Lawson did a fantastic job, got me numb and fixed me up with my temp crown! Super quick and easy, made it a very relaxing procedure! Natalie was my dental assistant and she was phenomenal! Sahra, my hygienist, as well as Jay, and Lucero also helped make the experience very comfortable and enjoyable!! Great team here!!

I was a patient at Swish Dental for several years. In that time, I've seen dental hygienists and dentists come and go from that place like a revolving door. You will be told that you will require treatments whether necessary or not. In that time, my wife's been told she's had several cavities that require fillings, only to be seen by a different dentist at the same location months later that he only saw one. My situation was worse. For at least a year, I was told I needed a crown for a molar with a filling that was wearing down. I finally agreed to get the work done and paid my portion of the treatment plan. After a couple months, Swish billing told me I owed an additional amount, because insurance denied the claim. It was denied because the documentation Swish provided showed less than the 50% tooth decay threshold to approve. That immediately told me I was misled by Swish Dental's staff into believing that I needed this crown right away. After that experience I decided to swap dentists. During a recent check up, I mentioned sensitivity with the crown and they suggested I go back to Swish to have look at it. After an X-ray and cold test, a different dentist at Swish told me the molar next to the crown was infected and I required a root canal and crown!!! I was blown away as I've never been told about any infection or issues with that molar until that moment. After I was presented a $1300 treatment plan, I was told that dentist could perform that procedure later that afternoon. I decided to pass and went back to my new dentist for a second opinion. As expected, the new dentist told me he saw no evidence of infection with that molar. In the end, I regret that I stayed with Swish Dental for as long as I did-- it's too corporate, unethical, and too "sale-sy". If you are looking for a dentist, I would highly suggest finding a small practice that's been around for years with a stable staff and solid reviews from long time patients.

This was my first visit to Swish Dental office. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and sat down to wait for my initial consultation. The consultant explained all the procedures that would take place before my teeth were cleaned. He took x-rays and explained everything shown on the pictures. After he finished with all the explanations, the dental hygienist cleaned my teeth. She was very thorough and professional. I was very pleased with my visit to Swish Dental and will certainly return for my six month cleaning.

Dr. Lawson and the team at Swish Dental Domain are fantastic. Each person I interact with is always smiling, has such a positive attitude, and makes going to the dentist fun. The teeth cleanings are well done. I’m currently going through an Invisalign treatment and really appreciate how Dr Lawson and her team take the time to explain each step we’re going through in order for me to be knowledgeable about the process. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a dentist.

I had a frustrating experience at SWISH Dental (Domain location) and wanted to share in case it helps others. Also, read Reddit for more honest reviews than are here on Google. The day before my appointment, I called specifically to schedule a routine cleaning. I clearly asked, since I’ve never been to SWISH Domain, only the Downtown location, whether I would need to repeat an exam or if I could just get my teeth cleaned, because my first visit to SWISH previously took much longer than expected. I was told I could come in for the cleaning without needing another exam. When I arrived for my 1:00 PM appointment, the front desk immediately recommended a fluoride treatment that was not covered by my insurance. When I declined, the response I received was, “If you can’t afford it, that makes sense,” which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. After waiting, staff told me they couldn’t find my information, then later said the dentist required a full new exam because I had never seen that specific doctor before. I explained I had already completed an exam with SWISH and was already in their system, but I was told it was the doctor’s policy and could not be waived. As a result, I was unable to receive the cleaning I scheduled and spent nearly an hour traveling and waiting for an appointment that could not be completed. I called the downtown SWISH location afterward and was told this is not their standard process, and they are looking into it. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, inconsistent, and frustrating. I will be returning to the downtown office for my cleaning, but I will not be returning to the Domain location.
