Breeze Dental

Downgrading to 1 star because my tooth crown fell off less than 2 weeks after the appt. Pros: they were able to get me in same day, pricing is fair, and Dr Josh was very nice! Con: The dental hygienist Angel made me feel very uncomfortable. When I came in explaining that I was wanted to avoid any xrays that weren’t absolutely necessary, she then proceeded to not listen to my needs and did all the X-rays. It came across like she didn’t care and lacked communication skills in informing me about what she was doing. I don’t need amazing bedside manner, just enough consideration so that I can trust you. I’m going to book at the south Austin location next time to avoid getting this hygienist again.

I love to brag on my dental office because how often does that actually happen? I’ve had a bad history with different dentists and experiences and Breeze (formerly Lydian) has been nothing but amazing since day one. The space is beautiful, the staff (especially Candice and Dr. Josh) is incredible, and Dr. Josh knows exactly what to do to calm me, get me through each step with ease, and make me actually excited to come back. If you don’t have a dentist or are considering a new one: 10/10 recommend. Stay tuned, I’m about to have a glow up with this team and I cannot wait!

Saw them for a cleaning. Didn't have insurance but the price was decent compared to other placed I called around. Cleaning was prompt and thorough. They have all the newest technology which was great as they explained and visually showed me the health of my teeth. Felt super comfortable to entire time. Bri and Dr. Saja Fadda took care of me. Well done. Breez will be my go to going forward, would 100% recommend

Everyone was wonderful and non-judgmental. Very relaxing experience. They took time to explain everything in great detail. You are an active part of the conversation. Unlike some medical practitioners out there. I look forward to future visits. Update: Every visit has been wonderful. Every staff member on N Lamar and the South location were very pleasant and delightful. That is huge plus! Complete opposite from the dental offices I experienced decades ago. I cannot recommend highly enough. Dr. Saja was quite wonderful with a good sense of humor.

Bree, the hygienist, from breeze on north Lamar was so kind, caring and gentle with my teeth, she even let me pick my own tv show, I did request mambo number 5 to be playing during my appointment which they did not play at this time, if this happens again I might go elsewhere, that’s a threat. Dr Josh was clear and concise, easy to talk to and explained what the process would look like in an easy to understand manner. 9.9/10
