I had crowns replaced on multiple teeth very successfully at Austin Advanced Dentistry. Dr Saxena is very skilled, professional and kind. Her staff is equally skilled under her direction. From Stephanie at the front desk to all of her assistants that I interacted with, Cam, Pam & Yanni, all were polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this dental practice and plan to continue using them for my dental needs.

Very nice place! It doesn’t feel like a typical dentist office, which is great. Everyone who works here is friendly and welcoming. The VA actually sent me here, which was a pleasant surprise because this is such a nice and comfortable place. Dr. Saxena and Dylan were both awesome, professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The lady at the front desk is very sweet too. Highly recommend!

Dr Saxena is amazing and professional. She is very caring and understands your concerns and queries Right away she will explain next steps to follow. I highly recommend Dr. Saxena for dental issues. The front office personnel are friendly and approachable.

Sad to say this dental office lost their way. I have been a patient with them for more than 2 years and always relied on them for dental health. There were situations where they went out of their way to help me maintain dental health. I stuck to them even after moving to a new place farther away from here and I had my wife join them as a patient. My latest visit on 10/13/2025 felt nothing short of a scam. After taking x rays Dr Saxena reviewed them and suggested light deep cleaning for a couple of spots. The front desk person showed up with billing paperwork for the deep cleaning and I was quoted more than $600 and after insurance, I was asked to pay more than $300. This was shocking to me as I have had lighter deep cleaning done for costs lower than $100. I asked to person showing me the estimate on why their prices increased so much and she brushingly said its just my insurance. I mentioned her that its the same insurance with same coverage and she again brushed it off saying that is how much my insurance is paying (didnt answer the question). Sad to say but I and my wife will be going for a new dentist closer to my place.

After a little mix up with registration paperwork we were all systems go! Everyone was polite and courteous in notifying me that there might be a little longer wait. Dental hygienist was proactive, efficient, and contentious about things he saw in my mouth. Took extra pictures he knew the Dr would want. He anticipated both my needs for updates and Dr’s needs for further assessment. Overall very pleasant experience and my nerves about the health of my teeth and gums were put at ease. I was told about future treatments needed and nobody pushed me to purchase anything extra! Will definitely recommend!
