I had a crown replacement done and I was surprised at how easy the process was and pretty seamless and it looks better than any of the others I've ever had. I've had this crown since I was 10 years old so I've replaced it a few times. Thank you to Dr. Ali and the staff and Jason for making sure it matched so well!

Been to a lot of dentists in my life and am pleased to highly recommend this place. Dr. Latif creates a warm and welcoming environment. He’s clearly very skilled and knows his stuff. He really listens, takes his time to explain anything I have questions about (I find that relaxing since it can be a little scary). He’s got a gentle and intuitive approach and a sharp eye and sense of detail and precision. I really do feel like he and the staff care about the wellbeing and happiness of their patients. Feel safe in his hands. Not gonna lie, he’s kinda cute, too. Thanks Dr Latif :) !

Sunset Hills Dentistry is one of the best dental offices in Austin. Dr Ali is trustworthy, honest , professional, warm, down to earth and only recommends treatments when necessary . It’s a rare find . I also can’t say enough about Sally , the long time dental hygienist at that office . I always look forward to getting my teeth cleaned and evaluated . Sally is detail oriented , personable and always manages to make you smile with her warm personality. And of course , the front office is equally as spectacular. It’s rare to find an entire practice comprising of all the strengths all in the right places . Sandra handles the insurance claims and calls to patients . She is so thoughtful , accommodating , kind and patient ! Unlike many businesses nowadays , the practice is aimed to help and treat patients , as opposed to collect every cent at the expense of the patient . This dental office is special if you are looking for quality and good dental care . They will all make you feel like family . I’ve been part of this family for at least 8 years ! ❤️🌸

After two years of not coming in for a cleaning, I was honestly pretty embarrassed about the tartar buildup and a few cavities. But from the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome, supported, and never judged. They’re truly there to help and care for you, not shame which is some dentists' strategy! Sally who took my X-rays and did the gum therapy, was energetic, fun, and made the experience feel way less intimidating. Everyone I interacted with was kind, gentle, and professional. They even offered to do extra work that same day to save me a future visit. Before proceeding, Jayda clearly explained the additional charges, which I really appreciated. Every step of the way, they took time to inform me about what was being done and why. Now, Dr. Ali Latif… wow. He had big shoes to fill after my previous dentist of 20 years retired—and he absolutely delivered. He went above and beyond in every way. Not only is he incredibly kind and gentle, but he also included a cancer screening (a first for me!) and found decay in a back molar close to my cheek—something no dentist had ever pointed out before. That level of attention to detail gave me full confidence that I’m in great hands. I’m genuinely thrilled to say I’ve found my new dentist.
