READ EVERY CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING!!! Simplicity laser has refused to refund me or not charge me a cancellation fee for an annual subscription I never signed up for. On Oct 4th, I called to make an apt on Oct 29th for laser treat. I typically buy a pack of 4 or do 1 off's. When I showed up on the 29th, the girl at the front desk said I have to sign the waiver to get the treatment. Trusting her, and not reading the contract, I signed to get treatment. Little did I know, she gave me an annual subscription! I didn't catch this until December so at this point I had 3 reoccuring charges on my card. I immediately called to cancel this as I never signed up for it NOR did I use the service. The girl's on the phone couldn't do anything and I had to email their customer service email. Here is where it got even worse... the person behind the email never shared their name, I requested a call, would never call me, and said I had to pay a $199 cancellation fee. I explained how I never sign up for subscriptions and would have never done this. She didn't care, said I had to pay the $199 or else I'll continue getting the reoccuring charge. We did back and forth emails for about 2 weeks, I had to ask her FOUR times to cancel my subscription that I never signed up for until she finally did. Horrible services from their team behind the email. The girl at the front desk also needs training to learn how to communicate what people are actually signing. Positive - the girl who does the laser is awesome. This makes me sad because I won't be returning to this location thanks to them being unreasonable and conning their clients.
