I had such an amazing experience at LaserAway thanks to Des and Marissa. Des, the nurse, was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive throughout my treatment. She took the time to explain everything in detail, made sure I felt comfortable, and approached the entire process with so much care and professionalism. Marissa, the lead, was equally fantastic. She was welcoming, organized, and clearly takes pride in ensuring every client has a great experience. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellent service truly stood out. Together, they made the visit feel seamless, personalized, and memorable. It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism, expertise, and such a warm, positive energy. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for high-quality care and exceptional service.

I'm mad and disappointed with this business. I’ve had some good experiences here, but after spending thousands ( I mean THOUSANDS!!! ) of dollars and doing multiple treatments I am getting more and more frustrated. It’s hard to schedule appointments - especially if you travel for work.Its been a constant struggle and I haven't been able to keep the ideal treatment schedules due to lack of availability. I've given up trying for the ideal and now just trying to use up what i've paid for. One of my laser areas they didn’t keep great records on and say they did more treatments than they actually did. Another issue is one area didn’t quite need as many sessions since my hair is light and they would not let me use the credit for another (smaller )area. Another time they would not treat the area I was hoping to treat with Potenza after going to great lengths to accommodate their schedule and move around meetings at work, and having to reschedule once already. I found with an earlier treatment it really helped my acne, but then i was refused even though it was the same exact situation- so there is some inconsistency in judgement. I left teary eyed after looking forward to it and scheduling in between work event and felt like I was being spoken down to. I have a picture of what i looked like at the time if anyone from the business wants to reach out. This experience is what led me to leave a review to warn others who may pick this as a place for the long term, you shouldn’t pay to leave crying and frustrated at how you’re treated after purchasing multiple types of treatments and it feels almost impossible to get them completed - all that planning and fitting into their limited availability going to waste. I live in my body and know it , and i was just blatantly disregarded. Another time they cancelled one of my appointments the same day since multiple staff quit at the Domain location in the same week, which makes me worry the employees aren’t treated well. I almost hate to leave a negative review and the front desk staff are generally nice ( even if they often sound similar like reading from a script ) and the treatments are effective ( when they deign to give them to you) but I’ve become extremely frustrated with this place and reached a breaking point with them today, especially after spending so much money here and there are other options and places that would probably treat a return client better. There could have been a much better solution offered at the time of the appointment and they failed. The treatments are fine but expect to be treated like just another number once you have paid, and expect to be upsold. It shouldn’t take a month to schedule something at the location closest to you - if the business is that successful hire more people and buy more equipment. I’ve also been told that another location is ‘coming’ to New Orleans which i’m frequently in that would help with all the scheduling problems - but that hasn’t materialized. I feel duped. I have been willing to even go to different locations to squeeze in treatments and it’s still hard. And then I show up and am basically turned away or forfeit a big part of my treatment area :( Only sign up if you have a lot of time during the workday to go to appts and can schedule super far in the future, might not be the best place for professionals who need flexibility in scheduling.

I had laser hair removal and was treated by Adrian. The treatment was quick and easy! Adrian is amazing and easy to talk to. She is extremely knowledgeable and I know I am in great hands every time she treats me! I have been going to laser away for treatment for many years and see consistent results. Would highly recommend.

I have been coming to this location for a little over two years and I’m still loving it! The front desk crew are always lovely and welcoming. I see Nurse Adrian most frequently and she’s absolutely incredible. She answers any questions I have and gives me honest informative advice. I haven’t received care like I have with her so I’m grateful to the LaserAway team for maintaining a great experience.

Adrian is the best. This is my first time getting lip filler and Botox and she made the experience the best. I had to get my first round of filler dissolved bc it didn't settle into my lips correctly and she recommended we dissolve it to make she over time I have the best results and I super appreciate her expertise in recommending that otherwise I would have kept getting filler and not knowing! I will continue to keep coming back ONLY to laser away for my filler and you need🩷
