Ideal Image North Austin

I came to this place for melasma, but they told me it was impossible for my situation. The problem started after I paid. They've been giving me a freebie and a glow treatment, but unfortunately, a receptionist lost my appointment; she never put me on the schedule. Now, to make an appointment, I have to give them my debit card in case I can cancel. Cancel?! They never even took my appointment? I've been filling out appointments on time, and I even have to wait 30 minutes because they arrive late. This situation is ridiculous!

I recently had a laser hair removal session with Stormi and she was amazing and I felt so comfortable (as always). I've had a few different laser hair removal techs and they're alllll amazing, honestly. They are easy to converse with and I have pretty high social anxiety so having a good convo while being bottomless in front of a stranger is important to keep your mind occupied. I cannot stress enough how professional everyone is while also being extremely personable. I'm so so happy I went through with laser hair removal!

Just wanted to share a quick thank you to Victoria at Ideal Image North Austin. She’s an excellent nurse who always makes me feel comfortable during my sessions, especially since I tend to get anxious going in. The other nurses and office staff are also incredibly pleasant and consistently provide amazing customer service. I’m very happy with my treatment results so far.

Put deposit down. Was not given appt. Date til deposit down. Was more then a month out. Went to another Dermatologist 3 days later. Asked for my 2570.00 refund was told had 72 hrs to cancel was in contact. Never got contract. Have all emails.Lady said resent.Told her never got. Have all emails from her. They refuse to return my money. Am also being charged Monthy 250 fee when they were to not send anymore. Told them was filing with Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. Lady North Austin Mgr. said go ahead. Your still not get your money back. Am taking legal action. Customer awareness of shady practices. Would give a 0 on review if was there
