I had the best experience at Refine! This was only my second time ever getting lip filler and I was nervous about the outcome, but come to find out I had no reason to be! Monika did my filler and was incredible. She was so attentive and listened to what I wanted, but also gave me her professional input that I truly trusted. I felt so comfortable and heard during the entire process, and I could not love my natural results any more! I will definitely be back for any and all cosmetic needs in the future!

The team is so knowledgeable, professional, and makes you feel completely comfortable from start to finish. My skin has never looked better, and I always leave feeling refreshed and confident. I’ve been going to Lily at Refine for almost a year now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. She is sincerely the best!! I came in with some previous work done on my lips but she was amazing at helping fix the migration issue and making my lips look better than ever. She makes that space so calming and is the easiest to talk to, plus her honesty is a game changer. I recommend her to all my friends because her outlook and process is top tier. Plus her assistants are also so sweet and helpful !!!

I have sensitive skin and have dealt with hormonal acne since I was 20. About three years ago, I started taking skincare seriously and decided to give microneedling a try. Honestly, I was nervous at first because I’d heard some horror stories about the procedure, but after doing my research, I came across Refine Aesthetics. When I saw they had over 270 five-star reviews, I had to check them out! I scheduled a consultation with Anissa to learn more about microneedling before committing, and wow—best decision ever. First off, the atmosphere in the clinic is so welcoming and cozy. It doesn’t have that typical “clinical” vibe that can make you uneasy. The space feels homey, the lobby is super comfortable, and they even offer drinks and snacks! EVERYONE there is incredibly friendly and genuinely makes you feel at home. Jennifer greets you first with such warmth—she’s so sweet and helpful! She helped me book my appointment with Anissa and answered all my questions. Now, Anissa… she is absolutely AMAZING! ❤️ I adore her and trust her completely with my skin. She’s so knowledgeable and walks you through every step of the process, making sure you’re comfortable the entire time. Talking to her feels like chatting with a good friend who truly cares about helping you. I’ve had two microneedling sessions with her so far, and both were smooth, quick, and painless. My skin keeps improving with each visit—healthier, clearer, and glowing, all thanks to her expertise. Kara, one of the medical assistants, was also super lovely and made me feel relaxed before my procedure. She applied the numbing cream and kept me chatting the whole time—I honestly forgot I was even in a clinic! ✨ There was another assistant who was just as sweet, though I can’t remember her name 😭 (and might I also add, they were all absolutely beautiful too, lol). It’s crystal clear why this place has so many five-star reviews—and here I am adding one more! Refine Aesthetics truly deserves it. This will always be my go-to spot for skin treatments for as long as they’re around. ❤️

So much so, that I have always traveled in from out of town & state to get their professional care...and I am 100% satisfied with every outcome! After having many fillers/injectables and laser treatments with Courtney, I am always amazed at her magic touch!
