The racism I experienced here left me completely speechless. I’ve taken some time to process what happened, and the more I reflect on it, the clearer it becomes. I’m actually glad she turned me away under the disguise of “not having the right package.” She didn’t even examine the area or have a proper conversation before immediately stating she wouldn’t service me and we all know why. It was my Black skin. And she talked down on my skin too. I’ve replayed the interaction in my mind, trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but the dismissal was instant and unjustified. No assessment. No effort. Just rejection. It’s painful to be treated as less than in spaces where you’re simply seeking a service like anyone else. I truly hope the older lady at the front desk who turned me away finds some real happiness in her heart. Because that kind of treatment doesn’t come from a fulfilled or kind place. God does not like ugly, and I believe in accountability, whether now or later. I’m choosing to walk away with my dignity intact.

Been going here for a year, Iman is one of the most lovely, kind, helpful, and understanding humans I have ever met. I look forward to seeing her every time I have an appointment. Nicole the tech is an absolute sweetheart and was so supportive and vocal and I am very very grateful she is at this clinic as well !!! I love this clinic and I’ve gotten multiple of my friends to book appointments with her as well. I never knew I would be this grateful to have these experiences when looking for laser therapy. Best clinical and social interactions I’ve had in my life so far for sure. I wish Iman and the clinic the best

‼️IMPORTANT ‼️IMPORTANT ‼️PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING WITH THIS PLACE‼️⚠️I saw that this place had an offer on Groupon for six sessions on a large area for around 300. I called and first asked how much is a laser for full body and just one session and she informed me that it was 1800, i then mentioned the coupon in Groupon and asked if I purchased it, can I use all the six sessions on different areas instead of one because I am moving from Austin and can’t do all the sessions. Immediately the lady on the phone switched and got mad and was super rude telling me “go read it? What does it say? One area so no you can’t” she said it in a very rude tone and idk if she was pissed that i found the deal and wouldn’t pay full price. I then asked if they do only one session for the bikini area and the underarms she then said something in a different language and im not sure if she was cursing at me or what but it was so unprofessional. She was pissed for no reason. She said “I don’t understand what you want.” I repeated myself and explained again that I only needed one session because Im leaving Austin. Now Om realizing that i should just have ended the call there but me being a ppl pleaser, i explained what I wanted and she said okay I can do it at 2:15 today. She didn’t ask if i was available and I was but this’s not good customer service. You can’t just assume people are free when you want them to be. I asked about the price and she said around 125 it depends. Before she ended the call and said please shave or I can’t do the laser on you. She said it with an attitude. We ended the call and I started searching for a different laser place because I felt I should have said something and let her know it wasn’t okay to talk to people like that and regretted booking the appointment. I called again to cancel about 40 minutes after I booked the appointment even though I didn’t have to and could have just not show up cuz she didn’t take a card but I didn’t wanna waste her time even if she was rude. I called back and I said “hey I jave an appointment at 2:15 but unfortunately I can’t make it Im so sorry for the inconvenience” she hung up on me!!!!! I literally can’t believe it. She’s the rudest person I have ever had to deal with I got my laser done today at Seda Laser. It was the first place that popped up when I was looking for laser treatments but from what it looks like I thought it would be above my budget but I was wrong!! I called the place and talked to the owner who is the one who ended up doing my laser hair removal. The full bikini area was 70 and the underarms were 45. What a steal. It’s 10 dollars cheaper than this rude place. I highly recommend going to Seda laser. So professional and super sweet. This place doesn’t deserve your business!!! I was late to the Seda laser and I called 10 minutes before the appointment informing her that I would be late and she asked me not to rush and safety first cuz of the ice!! And when I was done with the laser, I told her I might come back because I have had two laser hair removal before and they were so painful but the machine she is using has an air blower so I barely felt it and she told me what machine she is using so when I move from Austin, I can find clients with the same machine so I don’t have to fly here. How crazy that this place is more expensive than Seda’s. Trust me when i say this, you won’t regret going to Seda’s laser. Her reviews are five stars and over 50 ppl wrote a review which should tell you where to go. I truly hope this place closes and gets their Karma for being rude to people who don’t deserve it!

Wonderful first laser hair removal experience! The owner Iman was so informative and kind. Laser tech Katie eases any nerves and is efficient. In and out fast. Excited to see the progress after some more sessions.
