I could not be happier with the results from my procedure with Dr. Piazza. I have very high standards, and my expectations were exceeded. The entire process was seamless, from the pre-surgical process to the surgery center. I’m shocked to say it was an absolute joy. I cannot recommend Dr. Piazza and his team enough. Going in for surgery, even the initial consultation can be nerve-racking, but from the moment I stepped foot in the office, I felt peace with my decision to go there. Dr. Piazza is nothing but a complete professional, listens to all concerns, and is happy to give education when you have any questions. His team is exceptional. Kelly, his nurse, makes every check-up feel like a visit with a girlfriend. For context, I'm AuDHD, and impending social interactions in general can make me nervous or uncomfortable... But every visit, everyone is genuine and friendly and I'm set at ease quickly. Dr. Piazza also works exclusively with Painless Wellness for anesthesiology. It was the part of the surgical process that scared me the most, "going under", but Dr. Cady had a virtual session with me to address any concerns and so that she'd have a rapport with me on the day of surgery. I had a Mommy Makeover, and would do it again in a heartbeat. Post-surgical pain was only at its worst (which wasn't that bad and was well-managed with the prescribed medications) for the first two days, and within the first week, I was back outside and walking with my family in the evenings. I'm thrilled with my results, at how quickly I've healed, the tremendous care that Dr. Piazza and his team took with my body, and I confidently recommend them to anyone seeking surgical consultation. Final note: I live in NBTX, there are closer surgeons to where I live, but I don't mind the hr+ drive for the best surgeon!

I have been seeing Kari at the Piazza Center for years and I cannot recommend her enough! I have been to 2 other places in Austin to get microneedling and I have not seen the results that I get from Kari. Your aesthetician matters and so many of them are not experts! Kari is amazing and my skin is literally glowing from microneedling with PRF. She never sells me on anything that I don’t need. She is honest and trustworthy and an expert at her craft!

I had Motiva preservé breast augmentation with dr Piazza in September and I have to say the results exceeded the expectations. I was terrified to end up with a breast that looked fake like ALL the others. Everyone told me to not do it because they would look fake/ unnatural. Well, they were all wrong! I went there with the expectation to have my breast from 10-15 years ago back. I didn’t want anything more just what I had lost. That’s exactly what I got: a breast almost identical to what I had when I was young, very natural and perfect for my body. You can’t even tell I went through surgery. The recovery was even better that what I thought. I didn’t need any pain medication and I was back to work from home the same day and in the lab the week after. I was able to clean the house and do everything on my own. I even went on a trip to Italy just 10days later. The breast was already very soft and looking natural just two weeks later. Everyone says that it’s the most natural breast ever seen after augmentation. I am glad I trusted Dr Piazza and followed his advice on the right size that was right for me.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish with Dr. Piazza and his team. He uses some super innovative techniques and I found my recovery time was super short. The whole team and everyone who supports (anesthesia, surgery center nurses etc- were fantastic) I feel like a million bucks.
