Kate was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, she was kind, calm, and incredibly professional. She has such a warm and reassuring bedside manner that immediately helped ease my nerves. She took her time explaining everything to me — the number of units, pricing, and what would give me the best results both aesthetically and financially. I never felt rushed. She was patient, attentive, and truly focused on what would work best for me. Overall, I’m so grateful for the experience. I felt heard, cared for, and confident in her expertise. I will definitely be coming back to see her again.

Excellent staff. I was asked if there is a particular area I wanted a the masseuse to focus on by the masseuse and I said to her yes, lower back, please however she focus on the upper back. So this was not miscommunication between or because of a middle person as she asked me directly, and I responded to her directly. Overall the deep tissue massage was great but in order for me to give five stars, I think if I am ask which target area I would like to be focused on and then another area is focused to me that type of attention to detail can make the difference between four stars and five stars however I still left $100 tip because I understand and I acknowledge that doing deep tissue massage for 90 minutes is a lot of work.

I had a great experience with Kate at Viva Day Spa! She was so kind, accommodating, and made me feel very comfortable. I had never had lip filler, and she really prioritized what would fit with my natural features. She took the time took explain the process and answer all my questions. Kate was very thorough in explaining care and everything I need to do after our appointment. I really love the results. I would highly recommend!

Kate is hands down the best injector I’ve been to. I’ve been getting Botox for over five years and have seen several injectors, but Kate has set the bar to a new standard. She took the time to ask detailed questions, went over what I’ve liked and disliked from past results, and kept me informed every step of the way. Her precision and attention to detail showed how skilled she is—and the results truly reflected it. I’ve always preferred a more “snatched” look over natural, but didn’t realize both could be achieved together until now. She focused on placement over units to create a lifted, refined look that still allows natural movement. I had the best results I ever seen using less unit than I normally do and therefore less money. She keeps an open line of communication to track progress, questions, or concerns as results set in and follows up to make sure the final results meet both your standards and hers (regardless if you want to come into the follow up appt or not). What stood out most was how intentional and precise she was with such a common request—it immediately earned my trust to move forward with more $$ cosmetic procedures. She takes the time to explain the options and is both patience and encouraging to ask any questions or hesitations. This is also where I really appreciate the professional guidance knowing you have someone actively listening with genuine intentions. I recommend kate for anyone and everyone but especially if you’re a hesitant first timer. There is no pressure, she can explain things in an understandable way, and is clear and transparent on expectations, risks, and precautions. Not only is Kate warm, welcoming, and comforting, so is the entire staff and experience. In case you can’t tell…I can’t recommend this place enough

Massages are ok, but waxing and facials have not been. Too expensive for the subpar service. For waxing, my apt was 10 minutes behind. While my specialist tried to be friendly with small talk, it was at the cost of missing or overdoing areas she was responsible for. I wasn’t asked what I wanted, and when I brought it up, she cut me off to say “we’ll keep the shape” (I happened to want that, but what if I hadn’t?). She did what I asked while saying she hated doing it bc that’s not what she thought would look good for me. No general understanding of how to offset pain by keeping skin tight, making it more painful than needed. The manager attempted to resolve my experience with a touch up session, but I experienced the same training related issues-- an aloof specialist who didn’t ask what I wanted, overdid areas, lacked context for my return, and appeared inconvenienced after discovering I was there for a touch up, not full service. Will not be coming back.
