I had my first consultation for microblading with Agata at Posh Permanent Makeup, LLC. I felt a bit nervous at first, but Agata was incredibly knowledgeable. She recommended I start with a tint first, and the results looked just like real hair. After she drew the stencil on my eyebrows, I was totally convinced she was the right artist for me. As a Black male, I appreciated that she understands this is a process to get the perfect look. I'm looking forward to seeing the final results. More shall be revealed.

Lanie is amazing at eye brows! I was so nervous to do eyebrow tattoos. I had a lengthy phone call with her and I was in tears just talking about getting it done but she was very reassuring. Then we met in person for a consultation and I felt so much better. She’s very knowledgeable and isn’t afraid to give her honest opinion. She showed me lots of pictures of clients with similar skin tone and eye brow color as me. I wanted to do nano and/or micro blading but she thoroughly explained why I wasn’t a good candidate and why powder brows would be better for me. She is very meticulous and really cares about her clients being happy with the results. She’s been very responsive every time I’ve had questions. I cried in her office again but it was only happy tears! My eyebrows have been falling out for years and I didn’t think there was any hope for me. I wish I had done this sooner but I’m so glad I found Posh and Lanie. Agata, the owner, has been very kind and helpful as well. Their space is very calming and they always have great music playing to help you feel relaxed.

I had an amazing experience at Posh Permanent Makeup. From my first consultation, I could tell that Agata, the owner, is both highly skilled and incredibly professional. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, explained the process thoroughly, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident. The space itself is immaculate — clean, bright, and beautifully designed, which instantly put me at ease. I came in for lip blushing and brow correction, and I’m blown away by the results! My lips healed perfectly with a soft, natural color, and my brows look balanced, polished, and effortless now. Agata’s attention to detail and artistic eye are unmatched — she truly takes pride in her work and cares about her clients’ satisfaction. I couldn’t recommend Posh Permanent Makeup more highly. I traveled about five hours each way (twice) for appointments at POSH PMU in Austin. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations, and I feel the results did not align with the advertising and photos shown on the business pages. I requested a specific lip blush color, but the technician, Ágata, recommended a different approach. I trusted her experience, since she stated she’s been doing this for years and agreed to her recommendation. Communication before my first appointment was pleasant, though scheduling my follow-up appointment was difficult and took longer than expected. It was edgy and I felt as though I was given the “runaround”. During my second appointment, no numbing was applied to my lips or eyeliner area, which made the procedure very painful. When I voiced my pain, I was told I likely didn’t remember how painful the first appointment had been and this was “normal”, BUT I remember accurately no numbing was applied during second appointment and the appointment also felt rushed, I had paid full balance during first appointment. Now, about 6–7 months after my initial appointment (and five months after my touch-up), my eyeliner has faded to a blue/gray, and all pigment from my lips is gone. ( I’m the type that follows aftercare instructions down to every word.) Several people have commented that it doesn’t look like I’ve had any work done to lips and are shocked at my liner. This was a meaningful investment and a gift to myself, so the outcome has been very disappointing. While I understand results can vary, I expected more longevity. I am posting this review after a few weeks of careful thought and truly hope others have better experiences and outcomes.

Agatha does amazing work! I was a little nervous when my wife got her eyebrows done but when was extremly happy with the finished product. She made my wife extremly comfortable with the entire process. Highly recommend Posh Permant Makeup LLC!
