I had a deep tissue massage and it was exactly what I needed. The pressure was strong but controlled, never random or uncomfortable. My back and legs felt completely relaxed by the end of the session. The pricing is reasonable and there was no upselling at all. I left feeling refreshed and restored. I’ll definitely be back.

UPDATE: I want to update my previous review and thank Joy Reflexology for taking the time to make things right. After my last visit didn’t go as expected, the owner personally reached out and made sure my concerns were addressed. My return experience was completely different — the massage was relaxing, professional, and exactly what I needed. I really appreciate how they handled the situation with care and professionalism. It shows they truly value their customers and stand behind their service. I’ll definitely be coming back! Jack, thank you for ensuring you helped me and were aware of my previous sore spots. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the worst massage experiences I’ve ever had. I ended up cutting my massage short because it felt more like being hit by a 5-year-old than receiving a professional massage. The therapist dug their elbows into my back and was extremely rough — especially during the head and face portion, which left me with a migraine. Not only was I charged full price, but I also walked out in pain in the very areas I asked to be treated with care. Now I have to find another place to undo the damage and relieve the stress this was supposed to help with. No one should walk out of a massage in more pain than they came in with — let alone with a migraine.

I live in the area, and my traps/upper back were feeling tight, so having seen this place on my commute, decided to give it a shot and booked a 30min massage. My goodness was it worth it. I feel like I was just given a brand new shoulder. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I got the reception person and they picked up the phone 3 times while giving me a massage which was crazy. Literally rescheduling appointments while rubbing my calf. Some times texting too. The rest was ok and my partner enjoyed his.

Just adding to the review already posted. I learned that this place has new management by a husband and wife team. They are so skilled at what they do! Please pay then a visit and you will have an amazing massage and come away feeling like new!
