This will be our first and last visit for the following reasons: 1) the room has huge mirrors that limited the privacy of our stay. 2) the door that was just by our feet remained semi-opened while we were getting a full body massage. I didn’t feel comfortable at all! 3) the massage was “ okay” 2.5 out of 5. Nothing extraordinary that would make me want to come back. I wish they would had used the hot stones more than 2-3 passes before they were done with it. 4) the guy that was massaging my husband FARTED loud and it sounded NASTY! He didn’t even say “sorry” or anything. I understand it could happen but at least he should have apologized! 5) the lights were too bright I couldn’t relax. They had to put a paper towel on top of the light to dim it down because the dimmer on the wall wasn’t working properly. I ended up asking for a small towel to put over my eyes - the light was still bright! Other than these issues, the lady at the front desk and the one massaging me were very sweet and polite! Despite the issues, we still left a tip for each person.

The best massage place in the Austin area! I’ve been coming here regularly since 2017, and no matter how many other massage places I’ve tried in Round Rock, Austin, Hutto, and San Marcos, I always end up coming back to Foot Heaven. The prices are amazing and the service is consistently excellent. I’ve been a regular for eight years, and not once have I ever felt uncomfortable or unsafe. Every masseuse I’ve seen has been incredibly respectful, professional, and attentive. Massages are inherently vulnerable, and as a young woman, I’m always on alert. I’ve never once felt uneasy here. Yes, there’s a bit of a language barrier, but it’s easy to communicate what you want, where to focus, how much pressure you like, or if something doesn’t feel right. I’ve never had any issues speaking English with the staff. Every masseuse checks in with me multiple times to make sure I’m comfortable and that the pressure feels good. Remember, they can feel tension, not pain, so if something hurts, just let them know to go softer. I usually get option B or C for a private room, but don’t overlook their chair massages. They’re perfect for a quick reset on a lunch break. Bonus points because I’ve always been able to get a same-day appointment and have never had to wait. Please don’t listen to racist or inexperienced reviews. I’ve been a regular customer in a big city for eight years for a reason. Be kind, be clear about what you want, and you’ll have a wonderful experience.

I was in town visiting and so happy to get a last-minute appointment. My therapist, Tina, did a great job massaging my shoulder that was in pain. The price was reasonable. I chose a 90 minute combo of foot and body massage. The massage chair was high quality and felt really comfortable.

Recommend for the sake of peace on Earth...walk-ins welcome but scheduling an appointment is great so that you can ask for male/female and high/soft pressure.
