O chi Reflexology

Highly recommend. We'll mannered, place has calming atmosphere and the smell (odd to mention I'm sure, but) is amazing.

I visited O’Chi Reflexology (lakeline mall) today. I was greeted immediately, the man didn’t speak much English and communication was thru hand gestures, which I was prepared for. I pointed to a 40 min session of reflexology for $44. I recently lost my reflexologist that I had been seeing for 10 months and was hopeful since this place was recommended by my Dr. The chair was difficult to get comfortable in but the atmosphere was pleasant.with oriental music. Unfortunately, the doors on both ends of the establishment were open to the mall so you could hear the loud mall music which combined with the oriental music wasn’t a relaxing combo and loud shoppers.detracted from the vibe. The foot massage was enjoyable but not what I was expecting. I purchased a reflexology session but got a relaxing foot massage. When I paid the man that had greeted and massaged me, he started pointing to the tip jar and tip amount on my cc receipt and repeating “you must tip!” He was extremely rude and I refused to comply with him demanding a tip, especially when it wasn’t what was advertised.

Rushed, felt very inconsistent and random. The timers make it very stressful, the employees are not worried about making you comfortable they just want to get finished and be done. One of the worst massages ever, I am in pain and have a headache now. The employees also speak very little english which causes for a major language barrier, they also reuse towels and ignore the timers sometimes (finishing be for them) Please don’t come here waste of money.

I broke my neck 7 years ago and have chronic pain. I thought I’d just get a quick 20 minute shoulder massage but instead a week later I feel 80% better than when I walked in. I’ll be a regular customer!

Definitely need to make an appointment. Walk-ins are frustrating. They didn't give any information about how long I'd have to wait for my turn. I could've gone to eat or finish errands in the 45 minutes I had to sit there waiting. Then during the massage, after waiting 45 minutes, employees were all talking and laughing and being loud while I was trying to relax. Will never go here again. There's also a Major language barrier.
