I recently had a surgical procedure and my physician suggested I get a series of lymphatic drainage massages to speed up recovery. I found Ki to Vitality, being close in proximity to my house. I noticed after the first appointment with Cheryl that my swelling had indeed subsided. But after my second appointment I noticed a big difference. The swelling has vastly improved, the bruising has minimized, and the pain due to that swelling has been reduced about 50%. I have a few more sessions scheduled in the coming weeks and look forward to seeing the continued results!
