Relax Day Spa

Overall, this place is about a two or three star for me. We came in and did a couples massage in the private room. We asked for a focus for upper back and knots. Initially, I don’t think they understood. They did start working on the knots after I asked again, after the massage had started. They spent a lot of time talking to each other and it ruined the relaxation experience. If you’re looking for a quick relaxation massage, this place will work. If you’re looking for a place to work out some knots, you’re better off skipping this place. They never used any oil. They only did the massage over the blanket.

I have been going here once per month for a little less than a year now and I love their table massages as well as how affordable the price is! Annie is always my go to but if she’s unavailable any staff has been great overall! Highly recommend this place and more in the traditional massage. I’ve gotten so many massages in my lifetime and in different countries but annie has been one if not the best masseuse I’ve ever had :)

I received a massage that covered my back, arms, hands, neck and gluts. It was for 45 mins and I’m feeling pretty relaxed. I’m a videographer in Austin and after filming for three days this is what I needed. I plan to come back soon.

I normally love this place. The last three times I’ve gone have not been up to par. Went today for a quick combo foot and chair. I should have specified exactly which one they automatically gave the higher combo. No big deal. The issue I have is the masseuse was just entirely too rough. I was vocal about my discomfort and he just chuckled. I attempted to breathe through the pain but it was too much pressure to enjoy. Not only that I had to repeat myself about my discomfort. Later in the evening I felt like someone seriously beat my back. To my surprise I was basically beaten. You can see the bruises on my back and my legs along with what looks like a skin burn from continuous rubbing with no lubricant. This establishment use to be my go to for relaxation from work. Now I have to recover from this “relaxing” experience. Please listen when a customer is vocal about their unpleasant experience or discomfort.

Great place for a massage. You can do any amount of time depending what your schedule allows. Love the flexibility. You can walk in and if there’s a wait, usually it’s not too long. Andy is my favorite but everyone is really good. The place is clean and just what you need for a drop in reflexology or chair massage! Affordable prices and very relaxing.
