Exquisite, divinely sensitized touch by Alejandro. His intelligent and intentional touch spoke directly to my nervous system. He created such a special container for safety and thus created a very deep and relaxing experience. Normally it takes me 40 mins to drop into the deep theta brain realm (or some Practitioners never take me there); Alejandro got me there in the first 10 minutes. I was also appreciating how his leg/ foot masssge sent bliss waves up to my neck. I appreciate the deeper messages on how I can be more understanding and gentle to my own body.
