I had Michelle for my second appointment and she was ABSOLUTELY amazing! She was very nice, thorough, professional, and made sure that I was doing ok throughout the procedure. The person I had before took a whole hour and Michelle did it in 20 minutes which was so great. My tattoo is on my neck and into my hairline so, it's a very sensitive area and the quicker the better. My pain tolerance only lasts so long. I am so happy I had her. She was very friendly and made sure I understood after care instructions and even wanted me to send her pictures of my healing process, when the other lady (that did my first session) did not.
