The new office is so much nicer than the old westgate office. It’s bright and airy and impeccably clean. Office staff seemed more friendly, maybe environment does matter! My visit was on schedule- which is a priority rating item for me!

First ever screening and check on new mole. Everything went smoothly. Efficient and friendly staff. Dr. Correa also friendly and quick. Not much needed but explained all while he was doing stuff. Probably won’t need to see them again for awhile, but glad I did it to check another thing off the list.

I always make sure to ask very specifically how much everything things cost when at a doctors office, so when I was at my office visit here, I asked what my bill would be before agreeing to any procedures. They gave me a clear answer, I agreed to what the procedures would cost, and paid the bill in full before leaving. Fast forward almost 2 months and I get two more bills totaling almost $200! I was shocked so I called the office, got transferred to the billing department who admitted the team made a mistake with the billing but could not do anything about it. I do not recommend going to this office unless you love getting surprised with additional bills you did not agree to.

Had the Mohs Surgery done a month ago on my nose and it left a gruesome hole. Instead of plastic surgery I decided after discussing my options with Doctor Graves to let him do the repair with a skin graft right then and there. Michael Graves is in my opinion is the Goat and I truly can’t thank him enough!!! I highly recommend Southwest Dermatology & Vein for all your skin needs , they are awesome . Everyone one there makes the process as stress free as possible. Thanks to all and a special thanks to doctor Graves .

⸻ I had an excellent experience with Dr. Mark Correa, a highly professional dermatologist with a kind and compassionate approach. I felt heard and well-guided throughout my visit. He is very knowledgeable. His assistant, Dayane, was extremely friendly and efficient, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. I also want to highlight the front desk staff, Candis and Samantha, who welcomed me with a smile and handled everything with professionalism and warmth. The entire team works with great coordination and care, which truly makes a difference. Highly recommended!
