Spa Sway Day + Med Spa | Domain

LOVE this place. I started coming to SpaSway maybe two years ago. Used to schedule with whoever’s available, and mostly has been really good, but eventually found the BEST masseuse Maria, and have been scheduling with her 2-3x a month. She has a great understanding of the body and can pinpoint exactly what you need, even if you can’t. Very friendly staff, very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend

I had a 60 min. Deep Tissue scheduled with "any therapist" and hooollly bawls I am so glad I was assigned Maggie. She demonstrated exceptional skill, pressure and incorporated my concerns into the treatment she provided. When we finished, I told her that was one of the best massages I've ever had, I've never been able to breathe better because I can literally open my chest and back more after a massage! She even showed me some stretches to try. Maggie provided a great experience.

Maria was absolutely amazing, Just the right amount of pressure with focus on my areas perfectly! She was incredibly gentle while ensuring my request were met, Enjoyed her so much I signed up for the 3 month membership and this is going to become my monthly self care treat to myself!

10/10. I’ve been coming to Sway for injections and massages and have always been very pleased, but today they earned my loyalty all over again. My partner booked an 80-minute massage for me, and I showed up at the wrong location (100% my fault—I overlooked the appointment confirmation). Brianna at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and offered multiple solutions to resolve my mistake. I ended up getting the same 80-minute massage at their location later in the day. I appreciate the level of service and customer care.

Update: Regional Manager me to make it right!! I will say my second experience was way better and massage lady was great. I’m glad they took my review serious and are taking my concern serious addressing my concerns. I had high expectations for a spa in the Domain, but unfortunately, this place fell short. I took the time to fill out their feedback card and requested to be contacted by management, but it's been a week and I've heard nothing. I arrived early to complete the intake form, explicitly noting that I didn't want my head touched. Despite this, I received an inconsistent hour and a half massage. At times, the therapist seemed to slow down and linger on one spot slowing down as if trying to kill time, and she was sneezing frequently, which made me wonder if she was sick and burnt out. The worst part was when she ignored my request and started messing with my head and hair, clearly not having read the intake form. After the massage, I went to the bathroom and found it still out of toilet paper, despite it being over an hour and a half since I had first noticed it. It’s disheartening that employees are eager to lock you into memberships and sell gift cards but fail to provide an experience that makes you want to become a member. I left paying $200, including a generous tip, but I didn't feel I got my money's worth. I hope this review helps improve their services.
