Went in to get beautified and left with crooked brows. After trying twice they were unable to fix it and I was told I just had to wait it out for the next 3 months. My issue isn't just with them making a mistake it's also with the way they handled it essentially blaming me for not getting fully frozen which was their original up sale recommendation. Been getting Botox for 8 years and have never gotten fully frozen.
