B + A Medical Aesthetics

I’ve never left a negative review before in my life, so this is a first. I did IPL, they make you pay for 3 treatments upfront instead of paying 1 by 1 as you go to see how you respond. You can’t just pay for one treatment ad hoc. I’ve had IPL and BBL a handful of times with no issue so reluctantly agreed. This is the first and only time I was left with damage. I was in severe pain for weeks with my skin barrier severely compromised. As such I didn’t feel comfortable proceeding with the 2nd and 3rd treatment. I asked for a refund for the second two treatments that wouldn’t be used. They advised that I was lying about my results and that they wouldn’t issue a refund. They eventually said I could instead use credits as opposed to a refund. I attempted to take them up on the offer, reaching out several times letting them know what products I was interested in. This is when they stopped responding to me and years later, still haven’t been able to get them to reply to me. I’ve worked with a number of spas and med spas, this is the one and only bad experience I’ve had from service to customer service to professionalism. It’s been really frustrating and disappointing. I have no plans to go back, obviously, and when friends ask for recommendations I send them elsewhere. I had to work with an aesthetician to get my skin back to normal, it’s never really been quite the same but at least I’m not in pain anymore or have the red skin / skin peeling off anymore.

The team at B + A Aesthetics is highly knowledgeable, always taking time to answer questions and ease concerns. With every visit their expertise continues to grow. The services are thoroughly explained and delivered with skill. I truly appreciate the outstanding care and services they provide.

I had brachioplasty surgery and I am ecstatic about the results! My arms were really very saggy with loose skin and now they look beautiful. Dr. Basa is a perfectionist, and it shows in her work. My friends see them and immediately ask me where the scar is because it is so well hidden. I highly recommend Dr Basa.

My first encounter at B&A was with Kristen, who very clearly explained my options on how they could help me achieve my goals. She was very informative about cost and results and what I could expect. I really appreciated her honesty in not trying to push me into things that wouldn’t benefit me and my personal goals! Then I was introduced to Monica who began my treatments. I really enjoy and appreciate her and how she explained how everything was going to work and what I should expect. She’s very experienced and has been doing these treatments for almost a decade!! I’m very impressed with the facility so far!
