I’ve been thinking about my appointment yesterday at House of Preservation and just wanted to share what a great experience it was. I was referred by a few friends and met with Lauren for a peptide consult. I’ve spent years in the med spa world, so I tend to notice all the little details and I was impressed every step of the way. From the ease of booking and the beautiful space to the product lines they carry and the kindness of every team member, it all felt intentional and elevated. Lauren was so genuine and knowledgeable. She took her time answering all of my questions and really connected with me, turning my main concerns into a thoughtful, customized plan. It’s always an adjustment finding a new med spa/provider, in a new city, but I felt so at home here. Thank you, Lauren and team, for making my first Austin med spa experience such a great one. I’ll definitely be back!

I cannot say enough great things about the staff and the treatments I’ve received here!!The entire team makes me feel so at ease and I have 100% trust in their expertise. They’ve been open for only 2 weeks, and I’m already stacking my bookings because I know their calendar will fill up quickly as soon as word gets out they are here in Austin. (They have another successful location in Dallas) I was going to another service provider prior to discovering HOP where I felt like a just another number … and they wanted clients in and out as fast as possible. Ashley really listens to your goals/ needs, and uses her artistry and intuition to get the results you’re going for. The entire staff is wonderful. Highly recommend visiting this gorgeous spa for all the things!!

Lauren has been my injector for the last year and I am so happy with the results. House of Preservation is a beautiful, comfortable environment with a kind and talented staff. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a quality med spa in Austin look no further. I was very happy with my results. Tracy is an incredibly knowledgeable injector and was conservative. I was going for a more natural look and she did exactly that! Their aesthetician Tristian is also very skilled, you will leave glowing. On top of that their interior is SO cute and relaxing!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! I started going here because Lauren is who had done my Botox previously at a different practice. I loved her so much. I had to follow her! She genuinely cares about her clients and will be honest with you from the jump. Her attention to detail and calming nature always make for a great appointment. My results have been amazing and I can’t wait to try some different treatments at HOP!
