I had such an amazing experience at Ivitamin Hydration Lounge today. My friend Linda Lee invited me, and I’m so glad she did. The energy in the space was welcoming and uplifting , it feels like kinda lounge where wellness meets friends and or community. Amazing place to get rejuvenated and nurse Bailey explained everything . She was knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain the benefits of the IV and injections and blood work . I felt like I was in great hands the entire time. The environment is calm, clean, and beautifully designed, the kind of place where you can relax, recharge, and actually enjoy taking care of yourself. What I loved most was the intentionality behind everything. It wasn’t just a quick in-and-out service , it felt curated and supportive, surrounded by strong, inspiring women also committed to their health and success. I left feeling refreshed, clear, and energized. If you’re looking to boost your wellness, recover faster, or simply treat your body with care, I highly recommend Ivitamin Hydration Lounge. I will definitely be back with my friends.

I had the pleasure of coming here as my friends guest to get an IV and it was the absolute best experience thanks to the nurses. The nurse who worked closest with me, I believe her name was Bailey, she has curly hair, she was the nicest person and made me feel so comfortable. She talked me through everything and made sure I had all my questions asked. Truly she made the experience special for me!

The folks working her are efficient and so kind and helpful! We had Gave come out for a mobile iv service, our first ever and he explained that if we joined the membership we get three services for way less than what we would have received our one time mobile service. It was such a Lifesaver during our flu bout. We just went into the south Congress location for our first iv drip in person and their chairs are wonderful. The facility is so clean and the two women working the iv stations were so accommodating. I love the fact that everyone working here is nurse too!

I am extremely disappointed with the service my friend and I received during our recent visit for IV therapy. From the very beginning, the experience was unprofessional and borderline hostile. When I called to book, the woman on the phone already sounded annoyed and unfriendly. I chose to ignore it and still went in, but the in-person experience was even worse. When we arrived, we were seated and completely ignored. After they placed the IV, no one helped us with the blankets they provide—the blankets were left folded on the side and no effort was made to make us comfortable. No one offered water in that moment, and no one explained how to adjust the chair or anything else. The environment felt cold, rushed, and careless. They administered the IV, Zofran, and anti-inflammatory, and while the treatment itself was fine, the lack of basic care and attention was shocking. My friend also mentioned that her IV insertion was painful and left her bruised. To make things even worse, the entire treatment lasted about an hour and cost over $200, which is extremely high for the level of service provided. The price does not match the experience especially one that felt so unprofessional, unfriendly, and completely lacking warmth or basic hospitality. The worst part happened at the end. We were sitting quietly after our treatment when a staff member suddenly came over and yelled, “We closed 30 minutes ago, you need to check out.” Her tone was rude, aggressive, and completely unnecessary. As we walked to the front desk, my friend Brenda started feeling unwell and turned pale. I told the woman at the front desk, and instead of showing concern, she yelled at my friend to “sit down.” When I asked her not to speak to us like that, she became even nastier raising her voice, giving us attitude, and saying, “I’m not a nurse, I have to go get a nurse,” all while glaring at me with a horrible expression. When I told her again not to speak to me like that, she escalated even more instead of realizing she was making things worse. As someone who has worked in customer service and sales training for more than 10 years, I know exactly what the problem is here: this staff is severely lacking proper customer service skills, emotional intelligence, and conflict-management training. This clinic would absolutely benefit from professional customer service education and a complete shift in how they treat paying clients. We left feeling shocked, disrespected, and surrounded by negative energy. I have visited several IV drip clinics and have never experienced something this outrageous. I will never return, and I strongly believe we deserve a full refund for the way we were treated. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable.

I have been to this place a few times and they have always been great. However today I had to order a mobil IV and hsd the pleasure of speaking with Sam on the phone. He was so sweet and helpful and patient. He had a voice of an angel honestly. Would totally go back just to meet him in person :) thanks for your help Sam! We'll be feeling better soon.
