Luxe Mobile IV - Austin

I couldn’t be happier with my experience today. I’ve been visiting Austin on and off for three years now and I’ve had IVs at a couple different places and I now have a new favorite as of today. I will always use this business when in town and definitely request Ashli. Her bedside manner was immaculate and I feel like a million bucks after a heavy night out on the town drinking. she treated me so kindly, and I felt very comfortable the entire time. I was also very impressed with the customer service when I called. I believe her name was Julie , she was very kind and thorough explaining everything. I requested an IV and within under an hour Ashli was at my door. 10 out of 10 experience I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Robin and John were the nurses who came to tend to me. I was so feeling so drained and worried. They were kind, gentle and incredibly professional. Their office kept me informed of their ETA and they arrived promptly as expected. I didnt even have to think about it. They listened to me when I almost couldnt even collect a thought and quickly assessed the situation and understood what I needed. They were spot on. I was so impressed and am forever grateful! If you Ever need IV service at home, please put Luxe in your contacts and on your speed dial. You will be grateful and will feel so much better.

My mother truly enjoyed her treatment and is feeling feeling relaxed especially being in home visit, cared for, and respected. What stood out most was how heard and seen we felt — John Michael took the time to really understand our needs and made sure everything was tailored with care and intention. It made such a meaningful difference. We’re beyond grateful for the experience and highly recommend John Michael to anyone looking for exceptional, thoughtful service.

Ashli is amazing! I have never done a mobile IV drip before. I have been very sick with the flu and very dehydrated. She had excellent bedside manner, very professional, explained everything well and helped me get exactly what I needed in order to continue healing. I can't say enough positive things about her and this company!

The nurse was excellent.He was very friendly and informative. NAD side effects is overwhelming since it is my first time. Heaviness on your lungs, stomach cramps and back pain. Nurse said its normal and I research it says that is the usual side effects. Let see how I feel for the following days. Will give an update.
