Restore Hyper Wellness

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Seth, Jess, and Paeton for such a wonderful experience at Restore Hyper Wellness! We were in town for a soccer tournament when my son hurt his back, and a friend recommended we stop by. It was our first time visiting Restore, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. My son had never tried cryotherapy before, but the team made him feel completely at ease, explaining the whole process and all the benefits in a way that was easy to understand. We also added a Normatec leg and hip session, which he really enjoyed. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable — truly outstanding customer service. In addition to the services we tried, they offer a wide range of other wellness treatments like IV therapy, infrared sauna, hyperbaric chamber sessions, red light therapy, and so much more. There's truly something for everyone! We highly recommend Restore Hyper Wellness and are so grateful for the care and attention we received. Thank you again, Seth, Jess, and Paeton!

From the moment I walked into the Austin Restore Hyper Wellness, I felt seen, respected, and valued as a human being — not judged, not whispered about, just genuinely cared for. The atmosphere was professional, calm, and welcoming. The staff was there to serve, support, and deliver excellent service, exactly what you expect when you’re paying for wellness and care. A huge shout-out to the nurse who got my IV right the first time — thank you for your professionalism and skill — and to the gentleman at the front desk, who greeted me with kindness, guided me through the process, and answered every question with patience and respect. This was, without a doubt, one of the best IV experiences I’ve ever had. Everything flowed smoothly, and I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and appreciated. If you’re considering Restore, do yourself a favor — go to the Austin location. It’s night and day compared to Round Rock. The difference in professionalism, respect, and genuine service is a thousand times better. Highly, highly recommended.

THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD! I have been coming to this location since 2021 and never had a bad experience. I submitted my membership cancelation paperwork in person with David in September or October 2025. I was FRAUDULENTLY charged anyway the full membership fee for November and again in December. My 1-star review will change to 5 stars once the situation is rectified.

Great experience. Their entire staff was wonderful. The manager, Miles H., is a very caring and a fantastic individual. He took care of me quickly and professionally. I will certainly be back.
