ULU has the best contrast therapy facility in the area. Each room comes with a spacious infrared sauna, cold plunge, and shower. Their team is top notch, very helpful and informative. I got an IV drip too which had me feeling revived. Centrally located on South 1st Street, and has tons of cool restaurants and shops in the area. Couldn’t recommend this place enough

I went to ulu with a friend and we had a great experience! We did the infrared sauna and cold plunge. The best part was the privacy and cleanliness. We had our own sauna, cold plunge, and shower in the suite it was nice to get comfortable! The front desk personnel were really nice and welcoming. The location was easy to find and had validated parking too!

The best idea before a crazy 3 days ACL festival. Get you IV here and boost your mood too with the great and fun staff. Highly recommended!

One of the nicest & definitely the most clean infared saunas I have been to! The staff was super accommodating and very helpful from booking to check out. I wish I lived in Austinto come more frequently.

BRILLIANT! Went into ULU today as I am travelling a lot and have picked up a particularly brutal cold. I went 'all-in' with the sauna and cold plunge, 'Immunity Shield' IV, and a Red Light treatment and I've gone from feeling like death to feeling a million dollars. I've never known a recovery like it. Incredible. On top of this the team at ULU are absolutely wonderful. SUPER friendly, polite and helpful. They took time to talk me through the options and make me feel welcome. They even gave us restaurant recommendations. The facility is immaculate and beautifully setup. The equipment is super clean, and of a high quality. The only thing I am sad about is I don't live here as if I did I'd 100% take on a membership. Bravo, ULU team. Just be sure to save me a spot when I next visit and you face the inevitable waiting list for your services!
