Joanie is an amazing technician. From my very first inquiry about the services to my first laser treatment appointment, she was kind, patient, and incredibly informative. I tend to ask a lot of questions before committing to any treatment, and she took the time to thoroughly explain everything—from the establishment and the laser itself to the treatment process and financial options. I truly appreciated learning that the treatment is FSA-eligible and accepts CareCredit, which is great for anyone on a budget. Joanie was also very flexible with payment options, making this treatment accessible and stress-free. My first treatment was a breeze. The laser felt like a very light sting but wasn’t painful at all, and the session went by quickly—especially since I was able to chat with Joanie, which made the time fly. There was no downtime, and I was even able to apply makeup later that evening. I was also given a goodie bag with acne products and clear aftercare instructions. I’m looking forward to my second and third treatments—and to clear skin in 2026. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Joanie was the best during my consultation/appointment! She was very informative and answered all questions that I had. It’s awesome that you have the option to do your first session immediately after your consultation if you choose. As for the session, pain wise, it’s definitely not comfortable but is also completely managable in my opinion. Joanie is a pro at keeping you talking and taking your mind off of it. After the session you have a little bit of redness, like a minor sunburn, but it fades quickly. They also send you home with an aftercare bag that includes detailed instructions. I will definitely be continuing with the 2nd and 3rd session.

Joanie was so pleasant and made the experience very comfortable and as painless as possible. She answered every question and provided helpful pointers and advice to ensure positive and successful results. Overnight i have seen a drastic improvement in my skin. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for help with chronic acne.

I had a good experience, the laser treatment did hurt (7/10) but it was only a few minutes for the entire thing. Joanie was kind throughout the whole 3 treatments, and made sure everything was alright. Overall the results have been good, I've progressively been getting less acne that isn't as aggressive as it used to be. I would recommend :)
