I normally don’t write reviews, but I believe in giving honest and constructive feedback — especially when it involves something as personal as your smile. I have been a patient at Jacksonville Dentistry for years, and I want to start by acknowledging the dentist himself. My recent visit meant more to me than the office may realize. Dental work can be emotional, vulnerable, and deeply personal. Instead of judgment, I was met with professionalism and compassion. When he said, “I want to give you back your smile,” that genuinely touched me. Thank you for restoring not just my teeth, but my confidence. I am truly grateful and looking forward to seeing my full smile again in a few weeks. That said, I feel compelled to address a larger concern regarding the overall customer experience. It is noted in my file that I prefer not to receive phone calls due to the nature of my work. I serve in a high-tempo environment supporting the warfighter, and my days are extremely busy. Despite this, I was called anyway. I understand mistakes happen to but when patients take the time to communicate preferences, especially regarding something as simple as contact method, it should be respected. Beyond that, the warmth that once defined this office feels diminished. There was a time when patients were greeted by name. When you walked in, there was eye contact, kindness, and genuine hospitality. Blankets and pillows were offered. Water or tea was available. There was a sense of care that extended beyond the clinical work. Now, the experience feels transactional. Healthcare especially dentistry is not just about procedures. People walk into that office carrying stress, pain, embarrassment, financial strain, and personal burdens no one else can see. A simple “How are you today?” or “Have a great afternoon” can make a significant difference. Customer service is not an extra it is the foundation of a service-based business. I encourage leadership to conduct an honest internal assessment and refocus on the patient experience. Compassion, attentiveness, and warmth are not small details they are part of the mission. I sincerely hope improvements are made, because I would prefer to remain a patient. However, if the culture continues to shift away from patient-centered care, I will consider transitioning my care and my family’s care elsewhere. My intention is not to criticize, but to encourage growth. Thank you again to the dentist for your professionalism and heart. Please continue to lead with passion. Patients notice and it matters.

I've always had great experiences here at Jax Complete Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Chery went out of her way to ask about the essential oil I noticed at the entrance just because I was curious, such a small detail, but it really showed how thoughtful and attentive the staff are. Jayla was amazing at setting clear expectations from the start. As she walked me to the exam room, she explained the plan for the day, and at every step she let me know what was coming next, which gave me real peace of mind and made the whole visit stress-free. And Dr. Simon is hands down the friendliest, nicest dentist I’ve ever met. He somehow makes it feel less like a dental appointment and more like you’re just hanging out with a group of friends who happen to be taking great care of your teeth. Professional, kind, and genuinely fun to talk to. If you’re looking for a dental office that feels warm, welcoming, and human, this is it. I’m so grateful for this team and can’t recommend them enough! 🦷✨

I loved this dentist office for years when I saw Dr. Barker. The hygienist Jessica is great - I have only good things to say about her. However, I saw new dentists my last few visits. At my last visit, I was told I needed 4 fillings at once after never needing any. I had 2 of them done, but then the office stopped accepting my insurance. I went to a new dentist in-network to get a new treatment plan for the other 2 teeth. The new dentist stated I didn’t need any fillings and the 2 that Jacksonville Complete Dentistry had done were so surface level it was more like a sealant and one was a sealant with stain remaining underneath. So caution - get a second opinion if you go here and suddenly need a lot of work.

Great experience from start to finish. Friendly helpful staff. Quality of care top notch. My dentist “Sam” was awesome. And the billing process was thorough and well explained. This will be my dentist office from now on.

Dr. Sam Posze at Jacksonville Complete Dentistry is truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, he was extremely professional, kind, and went far beyond the call of duty to educate me every step of the way. Because of past horrific dental experiences, I was absolutely petrified to have any dental work done. Dr. Sam was incredibly understanding, patient, and took extra steps to ensure I felt safe, heard, and comfortable throughout the entire process. I was also extremely impressed by his communication with his support staff and how seamlessly they worked together as a team—it was clear that mutual respect and care for the patient are top priorities in this practice. Dr. Sam exemplifies what a compassionate, ethical, and highly skilled dentist should be. I cannot recommend him and Jacksonville Complete Dentistry enough to anyone, especially those who struggle with dental anxiety.
