Emergency Dental of Jacksonville

My experience was truly amazing. The staff was so compassionate, very empathetic and informative about my treatment plan. They didn’t pressure me to get anything that I wasn’t able to afford and left the door open for me to come back so that I can get the adequate amount of care. I was so pleased with my visit even the Dentist came in to confirm the treatment plan and let me know they are all there every step of the way. Thank you guys again

Emergency Dental in Jacksonville came through when I needed them last minute. From the first phone call to treatment to payment, the customer service was solid all the way through. They were able to take me in the same day. I did wait a bit, but once I was brought back, the actual treatment was quick and efficient. I had lost a filling from flossing, which left a hole exposed, and they handled it without any issues. Tamara was extremely welcoming and did a great job explaining the payment process clearly; no confusion, no pressure. Tasia was awesome, friendly, and genuinely helped make the wait more comfortable (and thank you for charging my phone). Dr. Em was great at explaining what was going on and was very gentle throughout the treatment, which I really appreciated. Overall, the staff made a stressful situation easy to deal with. If I’m ever back in the area and need dental care, I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you all so much.

Sunday one of the worst day of my life. Went in with a swollen jaw due to toothache crying like a baby cause the pain was so unbearable, Amazing office! The ladies here are so sweet and kind! They made me feel completely comfortable and Make me laugh 😂 even though I was in so much pain , they explained everything clearly, from what needed to be done to the pricing. I really appreciated how transparent and genuine they were,it never felt like they were trying to upsell anything.Thank you so much ladies.

My experience was one of the best I've ever had with a dentist, Of course I was scared at first to have a tooth pulled but is have to say IT WAS OVER IN 30-60 Seconds I had no pain at all, she numbed me very good! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND 10 OUT OF 10. They are also opened on the weekends! This was my first time dealing with tooth pain! The assistant Tasia was awesome and made me feel very comfortable! Dr. R was great very professional very calming atmosphere! 10 out of 10!
