I’d give 10 stars if I could. The entire staff, from the front desk to Dr. Sox, is absolutely incredible. They are so patient, kind, and understanding of my dental fears. I feel like a part of a small family here. They go the extra mile to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible and to ease your fears. They are gentle, kind, and most of all personable! They are also very educated and happy to offer different solutions for any dental problems you may have. The office is beautiful, the technology is top notch, but of which were added bonuses. I’d also like to commend Dr. Jesse Lemoine for helping erase medical trauma for me by doing an incredible job in fixing a previous dentists mistakes. He made the time and effort to calm my fears, check on me constantly through the process and get my mouth treated without any pain or discomfort. I have been 100% satisfied with all of the treatments I’ve received so far and I love how they always have a plan ready for my treatment to come. I am so thankful for Eccella.

Love Dr. Wagner and his staff. After some bad past experiences with other dentists, I generally dread the dentist chair but they create a comfortable and relaxed environment that makes you feel safe. Highly recommend this practice. The staff are great too! Shout out to Erin!

Wowza! I've never had a doctor spend so much time getting to know me and about my health. The facility is very comfortable and geared towards the patient. I've never been excited about going to the doctor but I feel very confident that Dr. Wagner can help with my compressed jaw.

I will only ever go to Eccella Smiles in Jacksonville for my dental needs. They have the best staff who make sure I am well taken care of while being the most friendly! Thank you to Dr. Sox and the staff for being the best in the business and making going to the dentist easy and fun!
