I went to the location because they were advertising for Invisalign and I’ve really been wanting to get it, I financed $3500, They told me that the insurance company will pay the rest. All I had to do was pay a $500 deposit… Now they’re telling me that I owe a random $500 because it’s part of the insurance company would not pay.. When you call the location to speak to someone about billing while surprised there’s no one that’s physically there that can actually speak to you about any kind of billing. You have to email back-and-forth with someone that you’ve never met… Do not recommend this place at all.. Don’t give me wrong. The staff is very kind very willing to work with you. The lady that works at the front desk is one of the nicest people in the world… But this is just a really bad taste a random $500 after almost a half a year since the work was done.. Something just doesn’t seem right.. Run don’t go here..

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Anand and couldn’t recommend her more highly. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. Dr. Anand is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but she also takes the time to explain every step of the process clearly and patiently. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and checked in regularly to ensure I wasn’t experiencing any discomfort. If you’re looking for a dentist who is trustworthy, compassionate, and highly competent, Dr. Anand is an outstanding choice. I’m very grateful to have found such a fantastic dentist!

My experience at San Marco smiles was amazing! From check in to getting back to the chair! Dr. Anand did an amazing job on my fillings, I could not feel a thing. Definitely recommend coming here for any work that’s needed.

TERRIBLE customer service, unprofessional, disrespectful! I DO NOT recommend. Three months ago, I scheduled an appointment as a new patient to get a routine exam/cleaning, and provided my insurance information at the time of booking. On the day of the appointment, while on my way to the dentist, I received a text saying that my insurance info could not be verified, and therefore my appointment needed to get rescheduled. The rescheduled appointment was 3 days later. When I showed up to the rescheduled appointment, I filled up the pre-appointment paperwork that was given to me in the office, and I waited for an hour and a half in the waiting room. When I asked why it was taking so long, I was told the dentist was busy with patients and could not see me. As I needed to get back to work, I informed staff that I had to leave. Today, when I called the office to schedule a visit again, the receptionist announced to me that she could not schedule me because of their "no-show policy" since I had two no-shows. She hung up on me when I questioned this claim, given that the first scheduled appointment was cancelled by them, and the second was me showing up (and filling paperwork ON SITE) but the dentist not showing up. I am glad I never gave them my business, and do not plan to go there again.

The team was pleasant, thorough, professional, and fast. The job the did feels amazing. 2 crowns and 3 fillings in 1 days without pain. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new dentist. They also offer Invisalign which I am starting today and are all set. Seriously amazing! Keep up the amazing work yall!
