My daughter was seen here today and we had such a great experience. The office staff was so friendly and accommodating to us. The visit was efficient and thorough and all around pleasant. They put my daughter right at ease and we had a great appointment. We are actually looking forward to coming back! Thank you, Jax Smiles!

This practice is first class. The service my wife and I got was really good and professional. We were not sure what to expect given the seemingly low profile appearance. We were able to be seen at short notice compared to the more popular providers. The people are friendly and efficient. The pricing is also affordable. I have already recommended them to other family members.

I don’t like dentist, but is so good find an office where everybody is so nice because is like, ok I don’t like it, but for see them is worth it. And they answer my hundreds questions, patience because I do the appointments for all my family members, place is clean and nice. And The COFFEEEEE IS SO GOOD, my friend you know I talk about your Cuban coffee, and don’t post the name because if somebody want to know they need go and find it

Best dentist in Jacksonville!!! Great prices & very little to no wait times. My dentist Elssy took her time in explaining my treatment plan & every question I had. She was thorough & gentle. 100% recommend!

I read all the great reviews for this place just now. So, after searching all morning for a dentist and saw those reviews, I was so happy that I finally found a (hopefully) good one. Then I called to make an appointment and to my surprise and frustration, NO ONE even answered the phone. I had chosen the prompt to make an appointment. So, I thought, I'll call again and this time choose the prompt Billing thinking surely someone will answer this time. Still NO ANSWER. Then I called again and chose Prompt #4 for the office manager and STILL NO ANSWER! I'm confused as to why on earth a dentist office does not answer their phone and this is before lunch time. Well, I figured that they apparently do not value their potential new customers. So, I will not be calling again. You guys NEED to do better. Maybe you don't care, but you just lost a new customer!!
